Hello, My name is Jay Talbot and I work for Underworld line locating. Going on 3 years in September.

Ive lived in this town for almost all 20 years of my life. The weather is iconic, the snow is nice, the summers are nice, the new development is nice and the older buildings are nice too.

"Employment not enjoyment"

"Everyone is there for work"

"Worse statistics than East Hastings"

I couldn't care less. Ive never been mugged. Ive never been robbed. I may have been bored but the foot paths and trails around town make up for the lack of 3rd spaces.

The only issue with this town the people. The lack of discipline, Social ineptitude, and ignorance. Instead of learning or developing a wider perspective the people caught in FSJ simply go about their path. Ignorant of the beauty and wonder around them. Ive only ever been stalked, harassed, assaulted, bullied, and bothered in *school*

Not a SINGLE instance of negativity (extremely seldom cat calls, never been touched unwillingly, never had my unattended bags stolen, never had a douchey skater cut me off, etc)

So; as someone that actually has great things to say about FSJ and has lived here for 18+ years, ask me anything. Im more than happy to give an insight from the perspective of someone who legitimately lives, loves and works here.

Does anyone have any info or insights on the Totem apartment building beside Walmart? Or any opinions on Action Properties who manages the building? I am new to town and am currently looking for a place any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I am just looking to get more ear piercings but I am having a hard time figuring out who is sketchy and who is trustworthy to do piercings here in town.

Any recommendations?
