Hi I’m a rising hs senior and I toured Fordham recently and absolutely loved it. I’m definitely planning on applying ED to Lincoln center. I think my stats are good enough and my college counselor put Fordham in my realistic category on scoir, but for some reason I’m really worried about getting in, I think that I’m just scared of if I don’t get in. Does anyone have any advice/tips for applying?

Hi! I was assigned to Queen’s Court, specifically Robert’s Hall, and I was wondering if anyone has any info, pictures, or videos of it? I feel like there are little to no photos of the dorms or bathrooms online. Honestly, I’ll take any info about Robert’s Hall/QC😭 I’m especially curious about the communal bathrooms like what do they look like? How many showers are there? Are they usually clean? I just want to mentally prepare myself lol.

So yeah If anyone has pictures or experiences from living in Robert’s Hall (or Queen’s Court in general), I’d really appreciate it. Thank you!!

i’m thinking about applying transfer to fordham but unfortunately i’d need a lot of merit scholarships and institutional grants b/c i don’t get anything from the government. does anyone know if fordham is generally good with this? in addition, has anyone tried to call and make an argument for more grant money?

Hiii I am I freshman and I got my random roommate assignment about 11 days ago and reached out to her over email. The only information I got about her was first and last name as well as school email. I also can’t find any social media pages under her name anywhere (seriously have almost no info about my roommate 😭). I’m not really that worried because I understand that there are a lot of reason for her not responding (not frequently checking school email, busy/vacation, restrictive parents, etc.). Butttt I’ve gotten a lot of mixed opinions from family and friends which make me second guess myself. Some think I should be really worried and reach out the school and ask for more info and others say it’ll be fine and not to worry or wait to get worried until about a week or two before moving in. I don’t know what to do because I’m not trying to worry myself over nothing or harass the girl lol but id really love to talk and get to know her before moving in!!

I was wondering what students think I should do and how people who maybe had a similar issue dealt with this situation. Thanks!!

I’m an incoming freshman at RH and I’m interested in joining some financial / cs related clubs (Computer Science Society, Smart Women Securities, Finance society etc…) and was wondering how competitive the admissions for these kind of clubs were especially concerning non Gabelli students (when talking about the finance clubs). I would love to know about the recruiting process and how many people get in each year :). All info would be highly appreciated !

hi everyone! i am an incoming freshman at fordham RH! i’ve been wondering, how much money do u spend per year at fordham? spending money only (clothes, dinners, drinks, going out, transportation, etc). i know it depends but if any fordham girls could let me know, since i typically enjoy going out to dinner and spending money on clothes and stuff and i know nyc is pretty expensive. tysmmm :)

Hey! I live in Hell's Kitchen and need to find someone to take over my lease because I need to be with family after a family emergency. It's a great 1 bed apartment in a luxery elevator/dooman building. SO CLOSE TO FORDHAM! Not even kidding, like an 8-minute walk. Great price for the area too! The bedroom is down a long hallway, so if you have a roommate, you can't hear each other if one stays in the living room. About 12 months left on the lease. The building is super clean, quiet, and around a bunch of the big NYC colleges and shopping centers, so it shouldn't be too hard to find someone. RIght? (please put my mind at ease lol)

im a freshman and it's july 17 and i have just started registering for classes, i realized some of the core classes i need to take are full and trying to register for the classes that are not full just give errors like "college restrictions" and "campus restrictions" am i cooked for my first year?

Does anyone know if the manhattan campus has an art room or something a student can access to do an art project? Would need basic things like scissors, glue, maybe some water paint?
