Ā Discussion Can we get a weekly Dynasty Trade & Rebuild megathread going? Main feed is getting buried in polls

Hey everyone,

With the offseason rolling and everyone either trying to hard rebuild or buy that last piece for a chip, the main feed is getting completely flooded with individual "Should I trade X for Y" poll posts. It's making it kind of tough to find actual news or deep-dive discussion articles.

Can we try setting up a pinned weekly megathread just for trading and rebuilding strategies? It would keep the sub way cleaner and keep all the value discussions in one active spot.

If we do it, we should probably require people to format their comments so we can actually give good advice:

  • League Info: (e.g., 12-Team, Superflex, 0.5 PPR, 0.75 TEP)
  • Team Status: (Contender or Rebuilder)
  • The Deal: What you give vs. what you get

Just a thought to help clean up the feed before training camp starts heating up. What do you guys think?

Player Discussion Keeper Advice - 12 Man PPR - 1 Keeper

Top Keeper Options:

Gibbs - 1st Rd
Skattebo - 7th Rd
Pickens - 4th Rd

Free Agency Pickups (would lose last rd pick of draft):

Michael Wilson
Jaxson Dart
Wandale Robinson
Christian Watson

^these 4 options here i’m not considering much but threw them on here in case anyone had a good case for them. I think i’m leaning Skatt unless my 1st pick is late in the 1st rd (we still don’t know draft positions yet).

Open to any advice!

Questions Keeper Advice 12 Player Full PPR

• Upvotes

For a full PPR league would it be wiser to keep Ladd McConkey for a Round 5 pick or Cam Skattebo for a Round 10? I have the 5th overall pick to start. I know Cam is a good value but he seems reckless coming back from injury and Ladd may have a bounce back year based on off season roster and coach changes.

Questions Spot Selection in 12 man PPR redraft - HELP ME

Hello! I am in a 12 man PPR league that holds a competition each year to determine draft spot selection order.

I have 3rd choice. Picks 2 and 5 have already been taken. I am hopelessly torn where to select.

I am leaning Gibbs at 1.01 and filling out the WRs down the line. Alternatively 6/7 targeting Amon-Ra and hope for Chase R2, or 3 for Jamarr and just coping with poor RB room down the line...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Player Discussion TEP - Chig Vs Godert With Stowers On The Bench?

Dynasty with a redraft every 4 years.
12-team, Start 8, 2.0 PPR for TEs (1.0 for everyone else).

This is my first time in a TEP league.

My starters/flex are locked in, and I just drafted Eli Stowers as a developmental TE behind Laporta. Now I’m on the clock for my next bench spot between Dallas Goedert and Chig Okonkwo (Andrew’s, Hock, Henry also available).

My thoughts:

Goedert: Locks up the entire Philly TE room so I have guaranteed 2026 production while Stowers acclimates, but he’s 31 on a 1-year deal and caps total upside.

Chig: 26 on a 3-yr deal with Jayden Daniels. Higher ceiling/age, and if Chig hits and Stowers takes over Philly, I own 3 high end starting TEs in a TEP league.

Given it’s a shallow Start 8 where TEs get 2.0 PPR in the FLEX, do I take the safe handcuff/floor in Goedert or chase the double-hit ceiling with Chig?

Player Discussion 2026 Auctions: TE Strategy, Targets, and Fades

Thumbnail
youtu.be
1 Upvotes

In our latest episode, we discuss our 2026 TE strategies for auction drafts, as well as some of our targets and fades based on current AAV.

TE is a tricky one, and the main school of thought seem to be "great or late." I think it really depends on what type of roster you want to build, and how many starters you have. If you play in a league that only starts 2WRs and one flex, for example, you can probably afford to spend a little more on the position. You can be increasingly proactive and aggressive when you have fewer positions to worry about. If, on the other hand, your league starts 3WRs and multiple flex spots, perhaps you lean towards allocating resources there, and that's typically what I like to do. I won't avoid the most expensive TEs outright just because they're pricey. I'm always on the lookout for bargains, and adjusting your draft plan on the fly is important, especially during the draft when bids starts flying and the adrenaline is pumping.

I do usually recommend waiting until late to draft a TE, since it's one of the easiest positions to replace without needing to allocate much from your draft budget. The position has gotten deeper, perhaps the deepest we've seen in years, and the gap between mid-tier options continues to shrink.

The difference between the overall TE 6 and the TE 12 the past three seasons has been just over 2 fpts/g.

IMO, TE is not where you gain your biggest advantage, but it’s very easy to lose value by allocating too much of your budget there. That’s why waiting on TE fits nicely into the hero WR build I've been advocating for all summer. Spend up where scarcity exists, and save where replacement value is high.

My TE targets:

Dalton Kincaid
Current AAV (Last 30 days):
1QB $2 | SF $4

Admittedly, Kincaid is a higher injury risk than some other TEs. He's coming off a PCL injury, and over the last month, his AAV has been on a downward trajectory. I think the injury could be playing a role in how drafters view him, but his snap percentage might also be a factor. Kincaid missed a bunch of time last season. Looking at 2024, he only played a 58% snap share. 2023 was a little better at 63%, so perhaps he just isn't a full time player. But why I like him in auctions this year really just comes down to his price and the team he plays for. Kincaid is a good example of a low risk, high reward player. He was also the most efficient TE last season (0.27 TPRR, 3.19 YPRR). The Bills are tied for second with the Lions with the highest point total per game, and when Josh Allen is your quarterback, Kincaid has the potentialĀ to be a good fantasy TE for your team,Ā even if he's not on the field as much as we'd all like. There's risk, absolutely, but you can pair him with another cheap TE (or two if you have a deep bench) and hedge your bet a little.

George Kittle
Current AAV (Last 30 days):
1QB $3 | SF $4

Almost everything I said about Kincaid can be said about Kittle, except for the part about his playing time. Kittle's been among the lead leaders in snap percentage for years now, and unlike Kincaid, he hardly ever comes off the field. His cost has never exceeded $6, which happened only once in the last month. Kittle might actually be my favorite TE target if you decide you want to avoid the highest priced guys and even some of the players in that $5-$10 range like Kraft, Fanin, and Pitts. We'll see what he looks like when training camp starts soon, and whether or not he's lost any of his explosiveness, but even with the injury concerns and his age, he's absolutely got top 5 potential. Like Kincaid, pair him with another high upside guy that won't cost you a lot, Gadsden, Likely, Okonkwo, or Brenton Strange all who could be considered breakout candidates.

My TE avoid:

Trey McBride
Current AAV (Last 30 days)
1QB $33 | SF $26

McBride may be a somewhat controversial name here, but over the last month, his AAV has eclipsed Bowers' for the most expensive TE in both formats and imo, that's pretty wild. Ā McBride's an absolute beast, no doubt, but I can't quite understand why drafters are willing to pay such a premium for him. Maybe folks are chasing last year's points and assume that with Jacoby Brissett likely starting the year, McBride's again anĀ automatic 17 or 18 pts/g. The Cardinals were the league's most pass heavy team last season, so I expect some regression there, and while I think Brissett will start, Arizona could quickly pivot to rookie Carson Beck, especially if they find themselves out of playoff contention early on. It's plausible they could go 1-7 or 0-8 and make the switch to Beck, which would probably be a big negative for all the Arizona pass catchers. I'd say that If you're debating between McBride or Bowers and you find yourself in a position to draft Bowers for less, you should immediately pounce. Alternatively, you could save yourself quite a bit and draft someone like Loveland (currently 45% cheaper in 1QB; 30% cheaper in SF) or Warren (currently 65% cheaper in 1QB; 55% cheaper in SF) and probably still feel really good about your TE and even better about the money you saved!

Other players we discussed:

Harold Fanin
Isaiah Likely
Orande Gadsden

\The current values are pulled directly from real-user completed mocks, making this the most accurate source available. They serve as the foundation for my annual AAV dataset.*

The site updates after every mock and can be accessed here:Ā AAV.

If you would like to join a mock draft, please DM. We are always looking for committed auction drafters!

Commissioner/League Issue Potential advice on needing to kick someone out as the commissioner?

I run a fantasy football league with my friends from high school which has gone strong for about 6 years.

2 years ago one of my high school friends that was in a tight group with me and the rest of the league decided not to do fantasy at all anymore though, so I replaced him with another buddy we used to go to high school with who wasn’t really in the group but people knew him. We’ll call him Michael.

Michael really bothered a ton of the people in the league though. I thought it was friendly banter and just trash talk for fantasy, but after this past year I realized the majority of the people in the league genuinely despise him and he takes away some of their enjoyment from fantasy and watching football.

I feel like I definitely need to kick Michael, but I’ve never had to kick someone out before and aren’t sure how to go about it. Michael never really wronged someone per se, he just talks a lot and is annoying to the others. I’m also who introduced Michael to fantasy and he’s really looking forward to the next season. I’m not super close with him compared to the others, but I don’t necessarily want to burn that bridge and I’m personally not who finds him annoying.

Player Discussion Keeper Discussion - Jaxson Dart vs Gibbs

My league is 1qb 2rb 2wr flex superflex and te and 0.5 ppr and a 10 man

We get a keeper, I have pick 9.

I can keep Jaxson Dart for my last pick as I got him on waivers last year

Or

I can keep Gibbs for my Rd1 pick, getting the 1.01 at pick 9

let me know what you would do and why. Thanks.

Player Discussion Keepers Advice for Next Season..

I can do 6 keepers if one of them is coming off of rookie year. Here’s my current plan:

QB-Caleb Williams
QB-Justin Herbert
RB-Josh Jacobs
RB-Jonathan Taylor
WR-Terry McLaurin
RB-Rookie-RJ Harvey

but my other option could be drop Justin Herbert and keep Garrett Wilson at WR. We’re in a one QB league, but worried on Williams having ups and downs and Herbert is consistent in my eyes? Either way I gotta draft WR early on.

Player Discussion Need to decide to keep Odunze, Waddle, or Jordan Mason

Waddle 4th round Odunze 6th round Mason 11th round

I’m leaning Odunze, I think he’s decent value at the end of the 6th round when I’m picking. I feel like that’s a little early to keep waddle in his spot, and I have no clue what to make of Mason for this season. He could end up being the leading back in my mind and be a great value pick for that round.

Player Discussion I cannot decide who to keep. Ceedee or JJ?

Cannot decide to keep Ceedee or Justin Jefferson. I will post league details below.

10 man Full PPR no additional scoring changes.
1qb, 2rb, 2wr, 1te, and 2 flex.
Keepers are decided before draft and do NOT take up a draft position.
Will not know draft position until day before draft.

I am leaning Ceedee but would love any input!

Player Discussion AJB or KW3? Bucky or Fannin? .5 PPR, 2RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 FLX, No TEP

Need to decide between AJB and KW, and we need to keep a rookie (defined this year as 2024 or 2025 draft pick) so need to choose Bucky or Fannin. Other keepers will be JSN and Jetta. There is no draft pick penalties, they just get added at the end.

Questions Need advice 10 person full PPR 2 keeper situation

I inherited a dogshit team from last year. Currently I have the 3rd pick this year. We are a full PPR 2 keeper league. I need yalls opinions here.

I have
1. Chris Olave
2. Drake London
3.Devon Achane

I’m thinking I have two options.

1- keep London and Achane and draft like normal and hope I have a decent year

Or

2- Trade Achane for a 1st round pick. Keep London and Olave, have two first round picks and try to go RB RB.

The only thing that this wouldn’t work is if other team owners decide to keep the best backs and no one falls through the cracks I’m screwed.
