I’ll be visiting Erie for a weekend for my bachelorette this summer and I’m looking for ideas of what to do around town. I’m planning on visiting Presque Isle, and I’m into chill activities (paint and sips, antiqueing, book stores) so I’m looking for something similar.

Hey everyone! I have an upcoming interview with Erie Insurance for a management-level position and I’m feeling a little wary. I’ve read mixed reviews online and have also read through some older posts on this sub about how their benefits don’t make up for the low compensation packages, poor work/life balance, RTO, etc. Most of those posts are at least a year old though, so I was wondering if anyone might be willing to share some insights into what the current culture at the company is like.

I grew up in Erie and moved away after college several years ago, but I have been considering relocating back to the area even prior to applying at ERIE. I still live in PA but would have to sell my house to move back to the area. Things are also not so bad at my current job that I feel like I need to jump ship for the first opportunity that comes my way, so I’m fortunate in that regard, and is also why I’m so keen to get a sense of what the company culture is really like these days. Appreciate any insight anyone is willing to share!
