Singapore PR | Experienced Quality Professional (20+ Years) Seeking Internal Referral – Semiconductor / Aerospace / Precision Manufacturing

I'm reaching out to this community in the hope that someone may be able to help with an internal referral or point me toward suitable opportunities in Singapore.

I have over 20 years of experience in precision manufacturing, quality control, and quality assurance, having spent my career with SLB (formerly Cameron). I progressed from CNC Machinist to Quality Inspector, and later into a team leadership/supervisory role, working in high-precision manufacturing environments where quality, compliance, and continuous improvement were critical.

My experience includes:

• Leading and supervising a team of 15–20 quality personnel, managing inspection activities, manpower allocation, and production priorities.
• Incoming, in-process, First Article Inspection (FAI), and final inspections.
• Precision measurement using gauges, profile projector, contour tracer, and CMM-related inspection equipment.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, NCR investigations, and corrective actions.
• Calibration, quality documentation, and internal/external audit support.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, production, and manufacturing teams.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of API standards and AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
