On my first play through and was exploring the area past limgrave. Went into a dungeon and killed some rats and saw a chest. Opened it and got transported here. Now I can’t warp back to limgrave. What should I do

Just finished my second play through, here are the foes I hate fighting the most and will actively try and avoid.

1. Burial watchdogs, all of them. I find them super awkward and can never seem to get the timing down. The ones in mountain top dungeons are horrible!

2. Bell-bearing hunter, specifically the Caelid one. Technically a boss I know, but I had to include him. Genuinely killed me more than Malenia.

3. Lobsters. They all went to sniper training school.

4. Runebears, absolutely nope. Relentless assault.

5. The horned warriors from the DLC. These dudes also killed me so many times on route to Radahn. Huge damage.

6. Royal revenants. I know they can be dealt with easily with a heal, but if you’re a noob lowly melee user, then good luck! They attack me like I slept with their wife.

So... I don't play Elden Ring, but I love soulslikes in general, and also love when someone asks for fanart of them! That was not my idea for Valentine's Day, but I was just fascinated by this plot: the Knight and his Lady Dragon. Love them at first sight!
I immediately thought that it would look great stylized as a medieval miniature; I already did a similar illustration with Placidusax.
We just needed to find some references for her human form, but one post here on Reddit helped me out.

My only disappointment was when I found out that in the game they are just bosses, not NPCs to talk with :(
So I want to repeat words from fans that I have seen more than once: They deserve more love!

My brother was teaching me how to play elden ring and I had gotten stuck in the tutorial cave for like an 50 minutes and when I finally lifted up that door and that music started playing it was so nice but then I died to the boss.

So simple yet so iconic. Only took a few minutes to make but I thought it came out quite nicely.

Mohg got similar story to morgott with the difference of morgott decided to be the protector of the golden order the same one who abandoned him, but ma man mohg decided to give the golden order the middle finger and made contact with an outer god.

My boy right here was accused of kidnapping mequilla the kind ( I hate him so much more than anything btw ), and after the dlc turns out he lured him and used him as a vessel for Radhan.

Mohg want to take down the golden order exactly how rykard lord of blasphemy wants to do it, but I think mohg is actually smart and not a madman like his half brother.

Mohg got the best OST in the game in my opinion, one of the best fights, and he's quotes are generally so Amazing, his dream of moghwyn dynasty was completely a solid idea.

We can see clear as the day, mohg is one of the best characters in the game

I’m talking the most unhinged craziest theories you can think of. Can be Elden Ring, SOTE, Nightreign or stretch beyond just those titles to other from software games if there is overlap in your theory. I’ll go first:

My theory that is not the craziest, but it’s that Igon was actually a tarnished in the lands between before becoming what a drake warrior in SOTE. His armor descriptions mentioned that he scavenged battlegrounds for pieces of it which would fit in with the battlegrounds in the lands between and if you look at the pieces of armor he’s wearing to me it looks like a worn down tattered version of the knight armor from the base game.

Im doing a playthrough as a hornsent warrior who became tarnished, and the more I think about it, the more I realize the only ending that would make sense would be the dungeater one

Imagine coming back to a world you once lived in, completely changed in every way, the only remnants of your once mighty civilization left are the ostracized omens, and some backwards Neanderthals that stumbled into your faith by accident, stuffed underground and too stupid to figure out how to use metal. Marika, who you supported because you felt like what was done to her people was wrong and she should be free, has wiped every instance of your world, down to the very land itself, from reality, which you only later find stuffed into some part of the afterlife. Everything you knew is gone...

Then, crawling through her capital, Leyndell, you find some piece of your people growing on a corpse. It's unmistakable that this is some piece of the crucible forming, with the horns growing much like they do on the omens. You come to find out theres some lunatic pervert who has found a way to reintroduce the very base of your now extinct culture into the elden ring, the very thing that marika erased from the world.

Of course you'll do whatever it takes to bring your world back, because what other choice is there? You could leave the world as is (fracture), restore the system that erased your people already (order), make the world a safe space for things that need to just die(duskborn), or piss off into space with some blue doll woman(ranni). Or I guess you could just burn the world to ash, but that wouldn't solve anything(frenzy).

The only choice is to ally yourself with this raving monster in the sewers. That way at least you can start to revive your lost people, even a little bit...

I started playing Elden ring a week ago and was not familiar with the genre and I had no spoilers, I've heard the line before but today, I was left speechless.

I never knew the origins of the line, the fight was amazing tho
