I am looking for a rental home in this general area. Preferably in Easley but open to Pickens or Liberty.

I need a place that is pet friendly. I have 2 dogs and one is a Pitt mix. A fenced in back yard would be nice but also willing to pay to have one installed at my expense. Ideally would like to be at the 2500/month price range or lower and hope to move in August or early September.

Any recommendations on if there are sites for that in this area? I’ve been on Zillow but a lot of places that look good and claim to be pet friendly have weight or breed restrictions.

Moving to Easley in the next week and am looking for the best internet provider. I found a facebook post from 10 months ago and many people like AT&T fiber optic, unfortunately, where I am moving, AT&T only has the Internet Air available. Does anyone have Earthlink in the area, and if so, are they happy with it. I have seen positive reviews for Upcountry Fiber as well. Any information would be appreciated, thank you!!

Update as of 6/22/2026 - Went with AT&T Internet Air (it is not fiber optic) which uses cellular service and converts it to wifi. The AT&T app was easy to use to set-up the modem/router system. We've been using it now for a couple of weeks and we have had no issues. So for those of you who may think you only have Spectrum DSL or Fiber internet options, check out AT&T Internet Air, as it might be available in your area. Thanks to everyone that provided feedback, I greatly appreciated it!

Thinking of moving to Easley for retirement. From my research, it seems to be a culture that is common to attend church and if you don’t, you won’t fit in. Thoughts?

Hello, I've lived in Easley for about 6 years and I see pit bulls all over the place. I'm currently looking for housing and have found no pit friendly places, I'm down to rent a unit or a home. I'm also not opposed to purchasing a trailer and renting a plot in a park - but I keep finding "aggressive breed" restrictions or size restrictions. My dog is about 50lb and has no aggressive history.

Just curious where everyone is living with their pits.

How’s the Uber availability in Easley? Possible to get one back into Greenville at night after a concert, or better to just drive and park?

Our "new to us" white, 2018 Ford Transit High Top Van was stolen Wednesday evening from 400 Hagood St in Easley. If anyone saw anything or has any video, please contact Easley PD or us! We don't know if they took it out Hagood St, Powell St, Saluda Dam Rd, or Saco Lowell Rd.

Moving next week to City of Easley. Web page says household garbage must be in a bag at curb side yet Public Works says city provides a trash container and will not pick up household garbage unless placed in provided trash container... What is the correct answer?

Anyone know why the Bes Pac (Farrs Bridge Rd) recycling center has been closed? We keep going down there and they have been closed each time. There’s no sign to explain why they are closed or when they will reopen. Thanks!

Hello all, I come from California. I’ll be starting my summer internship soon in Easley (workplace is a 7 min car ride from Downtown Easley).

I’m worried about two things. I’m not able to find any housing in Easley. Looking for a private room and private bath.

I’m also considering Clemson or Greenville. However, I will have to find a monthly car rental. And as a student, I cannot pay upto $1000 for a car monthly.
