I just bought Battlefield 6 and realized my EA account was hacked a year ago (EA send me an amil i had not seen saying they disable the account), and the email address was changed by the hackers, so I can no longer access it. Account was disabled by EA, but it is still linked to my PlayStation account.

I need an EA account linked to my PlayStation account in order to play Battlefield. I would like to unlink this disabled EA account from my PlayStation account, so I can then create and link a new EA account.

From what I understand, the two EA and PS accounts can only be unlinked through the EA website, but I cannot access the EA account anymore.

To get help from EA i created a new EA account and send my disabled previous info before hacking, ans aked them to unlink it from my PS, but no answer since few days.

Anyone know a way to unlink the blocked EA account from my PlayStation account without having access to that EA account?

This retard company fucking set my password as my username. I cannot change it, either. I've never seen such inept nonsense in my life. It has taken half an hour just to recover it, only for these dumbasses thinking it's a great idea to set my fucking password as my username by default. Servers will not update it even though I have changed it. Just trying to play some cock sucking mother fucking Split Fiction for Christ's sake.

Be careful if you’re playing this game mode.

Since the split of the last season, Respawn/EA’s artificial intelligence has been analyzing matches in the “Bots Royale Évolué” (“Bot Royale Evolved”) mode, and more broadly, any radical changes in player behavior.

Since this mode contains (almost) only bots, it’s extremely easy to win almost every match.
Not to mention the number of kills: between 15 and 25 for an average player.

These stats don’t reflect the reality of a normal match at all.
But it doesn’t matter — Respawn/EA’s AI considers this mode to be just like any other.
And when it suddenly sees absurd statistics on affected accounts, it automatically decides to ban them… permanently!

Reason: “Gameplay Enhancement” in Apex Legends.

In this example, the player was simply trying to earn the 4K damage badge on his favorite legends for a week:
“During the ban week I was actually grinding for 4k damage badges for all my favourite characters.”
The AI considers that the player changed their playstyle and bans… the account permanently, without thinking.

EA’s new ban system is good.
It finally managed to get rid of Cronus / XIM users and other nonsense.
But this system clearly still needs improvement.
There is now a wave of false positives.
It would be greatly appreciated if EA QUICKLY acknowledged that these new permanent ban waves are erroneous and are simply the result of changes in player behavior… caused by changes in game modes.

I used to get 1 or 2 wins per day and barely reached 50 kills.
In “Bots Royale Évolué” (“Bot Royale Evolved”), I get 20 wins per day and 300 kills!
But… I’m not cheating… I’m playing against BOTS!!! And the stats don’t even count anyway (except weapon XP)!
Yes, my play habits changed drastically. But this mode didn’t exist before the last season.

Anyway, tickets have been submitted, appeals have been made, emails too…
I even managed to speak to someone on the phone at EA France, who forwarded my email, remarks, and analysis to the relevant department, which she said is very responsive.

I hope — and I beg — that EA reacts intelligently and favorably to this situation, which is becoming increasingly problematic for more and more players.

so out of no where all my ea games need an old email to play . I never set up an ea account online and my old email and phone numbers are deleted gone . how randomly can my old email phone number just pop up on all my EA games and I cannot create a new EA account to play online. and how they didnnot update to my new emails phone that are associated with my PSN and how ea can do nothing about it so I cannot play any ea games anymore online and did everything to prove my identity to them and by the way EA support ask for a little to much identity information if you know what I mean.

I’m posting here because I honestly don’t know what else to do and I’m wondering if anyone has had a similar experience or found a workaround.

Years ago (over 5 years), I created an EA account that is now permanently linked to my Steam account. The problem is that I no longer have access to the email associated with that EA account, as it was compromised a long time ago.

I contacted EA Support to recover or unlink the account, but they told me that since I can’t remember very specific details (such as the last purchase made or the credit card used), they cannot verify my identity and therefore cannot help me in any way. The issue is that after so many years, it’s simply impossible for me to remember that information.

Because of this: I cannot unlink the old EA account from Steam I cannot link a new EA account I had to refund Star Wars Battlefront II I am effectively blocked from buying or playing any EA games on Steam, including future titles

What I find unbelievable is that there seems to be no alternative verification method at all, even though I clearly own the Steam account and the games purchased on it.

Has anyone managed to solve a situation like this? Is there any escalation path, workaround, or alternative support channel that actually helps? At the moment it feels like I’m permanently locked out of EA content on Steam because of an account I haven’t used in years.

Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Have never played FC or NHL but was interested in getting one. I'd rather just pick one game to get because I feel like the sports are close enough to each other. I'm not really interested in online play or UT because I dont know enough about current players and teams or strategy and I would only be interested in being a forward/wing or a goalie in each games equivalent of a mycareer. Which game would be better for that? For added conflict, I'm an American who is probably more into hockey than soccer/football, but I also think FIFA would be a better game for playing with my roommates. I also only have a monitor rather than a tv so idk if soccer/football might be harder to see or play on a smaller screen.

What's going on with EA Play? Time to add games. They haven't added a single new game in months, are they just trying to take money? The latest Madden, NHL, MLB, EA FC, and F1 releases are still not included in the subscription.

I spent hundreds of dollars on Madden 26 and another hundred on BF6. I mostly play Madden, and anyone who plays Madden knows about MCS—they give you free players if you watch the Twitch streams. I wanted the player reward, so I thought, let me link my PS account to my EA account and also link my Twitch so I can get it.

Then I found out someone else was using my EA account for that, so I figured I’d just make a new EA account. I unlinked my PS from the old EA account and linked it to the new one. I logged into Madden five minutes later, and it turns out my Madden team got reset—BF6 did too.

I went back to EA to unlink my PS account from the new EA and switch it back to the old one, but it says I can’t unlink it until after 2026. What is that supposed to mean? Does that mean I don’t get my stuff back until 2027? That’s ridiculous if that’s the case, because EA Help makes no sense.

Yesterday Dec 7 I got banned without any knowledge when I logged into my apex it said I was disabled from the game I check my email no email was provided then I checked the ea page look at my penalty it said I broke a rule never said which rule I go to make a appeal I close the appeal cause I didn't know what to say tried to reopen the appeal it ended up as fixed I didn't have any suspensions just a warning from Nov 3 so when it said it was fixed I tried to login still banned I contacted ea support no response I was suppose to buy the battlepass before split 2 please dm me if u have any reason to why I received at ban and if u need Pictures of ea website penaltys lmk

Someone for the love of god please fix SERVER issue, there have been hundreds of complaints, and no one will respond as to what is going on to anyone online. It is almost impossible to host any games unless you try for an hour, PLEASE FIX THIS SERVER ISSUE, IT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A MONTH, or atleast tell us what is going on!!!! HELP!!!!

Hello everyone, on Friday my account was hacked. There was only Skate on the account. And today I got banned. Will an appeal help me or not?

On Friday, I restored my account, and today I got banned.

I’m trying to log into my EA account, the problem is the account was made over a decade ago by my mom using her email and she can’t remember the password. I know the email address is correct because she receives report responses from EA by email. When I try to reset the password it tells me to open a game on an ‘authorised device’. I don’t know what that means, would that mean opening a ea game on, my Xbox? Where is the option to simply send a reset link by email?

So I must admit that I never got Anthem back when it was released. Too many people saying there was too little content. But when they announced it would die at the end of the year, I decided to jump in and see what it was about. Got to play it through EA Play through Xbox Game Pass for free.

Wow, this was a fun game! I think it's better than Destiny because of the verticality of the world. I actually put in a lot of time.

But now I tried to load it and it says it's no longer in EA Play and to buy it. I was curious and tried to see what it would cost to buy but it's unavailable.

Did they just remove it from Xbox Game Pass or is it truly off of EA Play. I don't intend on paying for EA Play.
