I always order a medium latte with coffee milk 3 raspberry and 2 various for the sweetened flavor with 2 splenda. The last 2 times it tastes like they used burnt coffee and not espresso or something and not use coffee milk and don't tell me when i pick up my order there out of coffee milk but it was just a gross experience like if I wasn't on a lunch break id go in ask them to remake it but i dont have the time. Im just curious if others have had bad experiences lately. I love dunkins lattes, usually so these past weeks have confused me.

Has anyone heard when the $6 meal deal is going to switch to a different offer or revert back to the prior combo? Odds that the next deal will still be $6?

Don’t come for me bc there a million non chain cafes but I’m a Bostonian in NYC sometimes they just want a good iced coffee from dunks. But every location makes iced coffee different and most of the time it tastes horrible. Are there any good locations in the city that consistently make good iced coffee?

For example, there’s a DD on the corner of 54th and 7th and it was the best iced coffee I’ve had in a long time from DD.

So just found out I’m type 2, I would have a L refresher with 3 pumps of cane sugar every day - sometimes twice ugh and now it’s time to say goodbye. I tried the juicy peach zero sugar and it was diabolical so as sad as I am, my health has to come first

i used to really love their coffee but i just find that literally every time i get one it’s gross and i never drink it. it quite literally tastes like creek water. i think this is gonna be the last time i get a coffee tbh, and i was an avid dunkin lover. i thought maybe it was my order because i kept getting different swirls etc. also while im here let me just say fk the rewards system too

hiii, i am wondering if anyone else has had this experience with dunkin's customer service?

on 7/10 i went to dunkin & ordered the new ice cream cake flavored donut & also the candy pink lemonade refresher. they did not have the donut available and they didn't have the dragonfruit topping for the refresher, so i just took home the refresher without the topping.

i submitted a ticket to their customer support page & got an email a few days later confirming & also telling me i'd get a call from the franchisee of the location i went to. i received the call today & i talked to the manager who invited me to come back to the location & remake all of my items correctly.

usually when i contact dunkin through the website, they either email me back telling me they'll do better, or they give me a refund. i haven't ever had a franchisee ask me to come back remake my order.

in this sub i always hear about their horrible customer service so i absolutely did not expect them to actually reach out to me directly so i was pleasantly surprised lol

Got the cup well into the afternoon here in nyc. I ordered the "Parke Refresher" and it didn't taste as great as the Ultimate Pink Daydream Refresher (pink pineapple). Surprisingly, they still had cups.

They are decreasing my hours every week everyone else get atleast 33-35 and me 20-25 even though i applied for a full time job . It's not like I dont work properly i believe that I put as much effort as everyone else does
