Was reading New Dr. Slump and I couldn’t help but notice how different Yamabuki looks from the original. How do you feel about the redesign?

Saw a comment that it was missing a Dr. Slump chapter but Google wasn't telling me which one so I may as well post it here for anyone else trying to find out.
It seems to be missing the "Kick the Can" chapter which should be chapter 51. This would be the last chapter of volume 4. It does seem to be in their print and digital volumes, so I would guess it is just a mistake.
Unfortunately I know it's not even the only Toriyama series that this service been negligent with, other Reddit threads have noticed that Jaco the Galactic Patrolman is missing its last chapter (and that complaints to VIz staff have been in vain, so you can try that but I wouldn't expect much)

According to a few sources I’ve found it seems that an English dub for episodes 1-54 were created by Omni Productions for the show. Are these episodes archived anywhere at all? From my search the most I have been able to find outside of the Japanese and Harmony Dub is a Spanish dub on Archive.
Or is this sub lost? New to the sub so I apologize if this topic has been discussed before.

The bear, representation of nature, is caged by humans. This contrasts Arale who was created by man but was raised free. Senbei similarly contrasts the Bear’s cager. Senbei smokes cigarettes and the cager smokes pipes. Arale sewing the bear doll could serve as an in-between or bridge the organic bear and in-organic Arale. The materials in sewing are natural but it is still created like Arale. With the doll she enters the cage and sees the bear as an animal or fiend instead of the ferocious beast the cager sees. Could be applied to despite Arale’s superhuman nature, her friends still see her as a girl contrasting Senbei who does not see her as a girl and is scared of the bear which is demonstrated by him putting up a barrier between him and the bear. The crescent moon can be applied to mean finding beauty in the flawed/incomplete which is what Arale is, a flawed robot.

The bear dies and is rebirthed into a cyborg in the transition point between the winter and spring. Similar to the cager, the poacher also oppresses nature.

The bear is rebuilt with human technology or Arale which ties into the theme that technology should be used to help nature and not destroy it like the guns of the poachers.

I've only read the first 2 volumes btw so if anything is inaccurate please tell me.

I can't seem to find this specific panel in my manga volumes; does anyone here remember which chapter it was were Senbei saw a Tanuki and [someone] said somethin to tune of, "never leave one of these in people's homes!"? For the life of me, I can't recall the chapter or plot[context] for the surrounding panels... but I do remember it was an early volume...
