I kind of go back and fourth with this.. not sure what the best approach is. I have 4k reso so using 3200 for 2 crests doesn't seem like the best move honestly when I can just save and buy the 5* I'm upgrading or even upgrading secondary gems. Thoughts??

Hey! Newbie here.
Sorry in advance if this gets asked a lot or if it’s a sensitive topic. I searched this subreddit first, but most of the threads I found were 2–3 years old, so I’m guessing a lot of that information is outdated.
I’ve never played this game before. I downloaded it on a whim two days ago because I was looking for a replacement for another mobile game that stopped meeting my expectations after about a year.
I created my character on the Crodric server since it was marked as new, assuming I’d find other players who were also just starting out. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case.
The world chat appears to be almost entirely bots (judging by names like ndhsuszhshs 😅), and most of the characters I see running around the map look the same. Finding a party seems nearly impossible, and every guild I’ve checked is basically dead, full of players who haven’t logged in for 500+ days.
I’m not too worried yet because I’ve been able to do everything solo so far, and I’m still leveling my character. What I’m concerned about is the long-term experience.
From what I’ve read here, it’s possible to transfer servers. So I wanted to ask is the game still alive? Are there any active servers you’d recommend? Should I just keep playing on my current server for now and not worry about it, or would it be smarter to transfer sooner rather than later?

Where does everyone generally go to find character builds? There are so many websites. Currently I'm using a summoning monk primarily for pve purposes. I've had to rework him considerably because I started this game solo and was just guessing. I just joined a clan after playing this game for over a year and I'm learning I've left a lot of dmg behind because I was built poorly.

Wasted 20 mins doing Hell 12 levels for a mere 20 elites kill count... why is this task even a thing!

I've been playing with my character for about three years, plus a year with a different character on the same account, since the game launched. Including since the game's release. I've used a ton of emblems, both purchased and crafted.

I never received event 4/5* , not to mention 5/5*.

What the f is wrong with this drop?

Edit: I see that most people feel the same way, there is only one conclusion - the emblems are not worth buying. Thx blizz

hi, a big question, i playd this game on the release days (on the phone). now i got a decent tablet and wonder if its worth to come back, i had spended some money than, like i have the set from the first battlepass and some gems items. Is it worth to come back? back than it was way to pay to progress. all the nice stuff was hidden behind paywals, is it still the same?

I'm using a monk and using summons. I plan on sticking with that At the very least.

Followers Burden: rank 8

Echoing Shade: 3 star rank 3

As far as budget is concerned I only buy the battle pass and the boon every month.

Akeba, Diablo, Wild Hunt, lairs - better to do solo or with party? With party has more/better drops, or same as solo?

Burning Ascent 1/4 and Burning Ascent 2/4 give out the same effect or am I missing something?

Won a few rolls in the phantom market on both my main and my alt. Logged in monday to my new stuffs shut off but not on my alt. Would love anyone's thoughts on this.

The only thing I can think of that might have put a kink in things is that because my alt is a warlock I skipped the second skin on my main and let the alt have it. Did that switch all the bp over? Because main still has all ephemeral treasures from any previous to the enhanced second bp skin.
