It's gotten a little weird

I have to be vague as this keeps getting flagged, but I reached out to the help email from deviantart and received a response, that I may not receive a response, so here I am. I need help deleting two accounts I made as a 13 year-old, which was 18 years ago. The content on the two accounts I made as a ch*ld led to abuse, which I am currently in therapy for. There are pictures I drew and pictures of my actual self that is suggestive. Can anyone help me with this or guide me on what to do? I was genuinely shocked that these two accounts are still on the website and the content on them is available. Please help me.

Anyone else getting this on their computer? Because this has happened before!

I've tried all the tricks to force a normal desktop site, and I can't get it to work.

I've tried free adblock and brave browsers.

I've tried settings in the browsers themselves and in deviantart account settings

Nothing. I'm stuck in single image scrolling and I hate it.

How do I fix this???

Hi, I've recently logged into my DA account after a lot of time and wanted to change my password, but realized it is linked to an email that's not mine, it contains a K in the domain and looks very strange.
I'm not sure how to go about this, because it's a very old account and I'm afraid I might end up losing access to it if I contact the website staff and they can't help.

Last Friday, I received a message from a user I recently began to follow, telling me he accidentally reported my account as fraudulent, because said account was apparently impersonated. He told me to contact DeviantArt Support via Discord (deviantarthelpaid). I did, and after a long discussion, they told me that I had to pay 1000 euros (I'm French) to validate my appeal. Luckily, the payment didn't work, but now they want me to buy 5 100 euros Apple Gift cards. And they apparently locked me out of my account.

What do I do?
