Fighting for what's right is a marathon, not a sprint. And even the strongest organizers hit a wall. If you've been running on empty, showing up anyway, and wondering how much longer you can keep going, this one is for you.
Join us for an honest, judgment-free gathering all about activist burnout and the self-care that gets you back on your feet. We'll talk about what burnout actually looks like, share what's worked (and what hasn't), and build real strategies to protect our energy so we can stay in this fight for the long haul.
What we'll cover: Spotting the warning signs before you crash. Practical rest and recovery that fits a busy life Setting boundaries without guilt. Leaning on community so no one carries it all alone. Coming back recharged and ready for the next fight
Bring yourself, bring a friend, bring your tired heart. We'll provide the space, the support, and the reminder that taking care of yourself IS part of the work. You can't pour from an empty cup. Let's fill each other back up.
