There will be no excuses or exceptions.
I have already been dealing with this so much already. This is a new rule. You all wanted the game on PC, buy it and support those who made it, watch it on YouTube, or move on.
Keep on, keeping on.

I recommend watching with sound on. This was one of the nicest moments I have experience so far in DS2, and it is totally optional. The actual R3 viewpoint prompt is not in this particular video but this peak does offer it. The camera angle I have created offered different background music, which I found to be very fitting. Hoping to find more of these in the game.

Had some issues with the trail blazer trophy (fully upgrade every structure).
I could have sworn I had already done this but, alas,
no achievement.
then thought: "maybe I have to upgrade them from lvl 1 to lvl 3 (I had upgraded a couple structures that were already lvl 2)"
No Achievement.
"Maybe I have to own every structure that I upgrade"
NO ACHIEVEMENT!!!
"Maybe I have to own every structure and they all have to exist at the same time..."
Before I even finish I get the trophy notification.
As it turns out, you can use structures that spawn in, and you don't have to start with a lvl 1 structure -- it can be a lvl 2 so long as you contribute the most to upgrade it to lvl 3.
On my first attempt I used a structure that was built by an NPC (structure must be built by you or spawned in from another player).
The failed attempts after that were just me repeatedly forgetting to build the same structure (watchtower) each time until my last attempt when I started with it.
I'm thinking about jumping into resident evil 2 remake or biohazard next but a large part of me doesn't want to deal with the stress of a guy wandering the premises for me.

I've been playing the first Death Stranding for quite some time now, and I really loved the game. It's one of those games that stayed with me even after finishing it, and I've been really wanting to experience Death Stranding 2 ever since it was announced.
The problem is that I'm an Xbox player, so I haven't been able to play it yet. I know there's no official announcement about an Xbox version, but I was wondering if there's any chance that Death Stranding 2 could come to Xbox sometime in the future.
I would really love to play this game someday. Do you guys think there's any possibility of an Xbox release in the future? 🙏😭
Keep on keeping on, porters 🫡📦👣

I just started playing Death Stranding for almost a week now. I’ve never really played video games because I am terrible at them, but I really wanted to play this game. I’m playing it on my PC and I’m trying to decide which way is better or easier. I’ve been using the keyboard/mouse way and I’m starting to get the hang of it, but sometimes I feel like it would be easier to use a controller so I got one to try it and I’m finding it’s not that much easier, if not harder. Maybe it’s just because I need to get used to it more, I don’t know. But if anyone has played both ways, do you have a preference? Is one way really easier than the other, or is it just a matter of getting aquatinted with what you’re using?

After watching The Odyssey, I kept thinking about Death Stranding. Not because they’re similar stories, but because Nolan showed he can make mythic, large scale journeys feel grounded, tense, and deeply human without relying on constant spectacle.
I can genuinely picture his take on Death Stranding.
Imagine BT encounters treated like pure horror. No jump scares, just unbearable tension. Long stretches of silence where every footstep matters, characters literally holding their breath, practical effects, massive sets, and IMAX photography making the world feel physically real.
Then there’s the time aspect. Nolan has always been fascinated with time, whether it’s nonlinear storytelling, subjective time, or time as a force itself. Death Stranding already has concepts like Timefall, the Beach, DOOMS, extinction entities, and the strange relationship between life and death. I think he’d lean into those ideas without overexplaining them, letting the audience slowly piece everything together.
The thing that really sold me after The Odyssey is that he seems capable of making something that feels both intimate and monumental at the same time. A lone porter walking across a ruined America could somehow feel as epic as an army crossing continents.
I know Hideo Kojima already has a very distinct cinematic style, and I wouldn’t want Nolan to imitate it. I’d want him to reinterpret Death Stranding through his own filmmaking language.
I don’t know if it would ever happen, but after seeing The Odyssey, it’s one of those “I really wish we lived in that timeline” ideas.

Unlike the previously announced version, it comes without backpack or cargo accessories, but it does have the battle skeleton and Dollman in silver color, with a black BB Pod and adult cryptobiote charm.
Artisan does not have accessories locked behind it, but it does have a metal card with what I assume the same Junji Ito illustration as the suit.

My gamepass had a month left so I decided to give this game a try. Best decision I've made in a while.
The music, the acting, the story and the ending. I've felt like this about like two or three games, it's been a spiritual experience.
I've played it on easy, but now I regret it because all my prepper connections are low stars. Should I keep playing 1 or should I go to DS2? My brother has it on steam.

Especially annoying for me when kicking downed enemies. It feels less satisfying and destroys the pace of the combat, when I’m using my favorite gun. (Bola-gun) Also I think stealth would feel more tense if you could turn off the reflex-mode.

Hi,
I’ve a problem with the game on my pc.
The thing is that the more I play, the lower is the performance in game.
I saw that when I delete the nvidia shaders cache everything goes back to normal.
I have 32gb ram, ryzen 7 7700x and 4070ti super. So everything should run smoothly.
Nvidia drivers and game are updated.
Is it normal ?
Is there another way to solve my problem ?
Thank you very much

Sorry if it's stupid to make another post just to add a detail.
Yesterday I shared these pictures of my friends PS4, said that I am jealous.
Well... He hasn't even played the game!!! He just has DS1 because it came with the console. So naturally I asked why he has a DS PS4, and he said: "I liked the design."
I am shaking. 😆
The funny part is... His new born daughter (one month old) is called Lou!!! I can't even...

I platinumed DS2 10/10/2025, I had a save of that.
Today I installed the game and saw there was an update, and when I looked into my saves it wasn’t there :((
Any way to recover it?
