what are the chances he’s already back on the Internet we just haven’t found his account yet.

Part of the conditions of his release was his Motorola phone needed to be destroyed.
He also has to share all his passwords and everything with his parole officer.
So if he comes back online, he's gonna need to get a phone first and he can't work so idk how thats going to work with him having to live with a caretaker.
He's probably on Medicare/Medicaid and I know disabled adults that can't work can get phones through that but it's not a fast process.

From what I've heard, Bob is done with him. Haven't heard that from his own mouth, just hearsay, but if I were him I wouldnt want him back.

Nah, that's misinfo. Bob was in contact with him while he was incarcerated.

so it may take the algorithm a few weeks for him to be discovered again

Pretty low at the moment. I'd give it a couple more days to about 2 weeks for him to be aware enough that he can actually use his phone for Social Media. But it also may be a slippery slope thing where even though his phone is going to be monitored for troll interactions, there are probably unspoken rules about how Daniel is allowed to engage with his Phone and Social Media.
