Christopher Nolan avoided CGI and used 7ft stuntmen to portray Laestrygonians in The Odyssey. The giant leader, King Antiphates, is portrayed by actor Josh Stewart, while Matt Damon’s stunt double is Devyn Dalton, who is just under 5ft.

Yeah, watching History Buffs, who I normally enjoy, pan it a good bit had me laugh. It's a fucking epic that was pretty much 100% mythology until we discovered the actual Troy which bumped it down to maybe 90% mythology and 10% history. That serves no purpose other than to give the worst people you interact with online a crack to go fill with their pre-existing hatred and bigotry.
