The iM interface is glitching with purple rectangles and glitched background music, never happened before, and only appears in random posts at random intervals... Is my phone broken or is this intentional?

I lost my characters and tried to log in again using my account, but it didn't work. This screenshot is from when I clicked on the "?", and then this appeared, i think it was a bug or some problem with the game server.

At first, yes it might seem like a dumb question guys. but I’m too poor to buy Cytus so I play Cytoid, which is really similar. There isn’t really a Sub-Reddit for Cytoid so can I talk in here guys, I wanna show my gameplay 🥹
