I'm in Sweden doing work, I did the 150 requested and on trying to submit it gave submit error and sometimes server internal error.

Now I can't even login anymore "server temporarily unavailable"

Tried all fixes like cache, redownload, access allowed like 10x. Very slow and uninterested support from CrowdGen. Anyone experienced it? On project Morava if that matters.

Hey guys, I'm from Kenya. I got was accepted into the Chive project but I've been having some problems with the Twingate VPN. When I launch it, a small black window opens then the interface hangs. On the taskbar, I can see the App is working, but I can't access the interface. Anyone facing the same problem?

Its been about a month plus after the completion of this project and I have not been paid for it, nothing has been said about payment since then. I am wondering if anyone has worked on it in the past and has some experience to share . Country is German

Has anyone ever had their CrowdGen account temporarily suspended and then had the suspension lifted later on( Egypt)?

Feels like my invites have been super dry lately lol (Indonesia). wondering if starting fresh with a new account actually helps get more project invitations, or if it's just gonna mess up my ratings/history for nothing.

Anyone actually tried this? did it work or was it a bad idea?

I applied for it 2 weeks ago and only now it appears in my active project, they say they will email me my Maven account where I can take the screening, how long do I need to wait?

I was enrolled in the Uolo V2 project, but after my government ID was reviewed, I received a permanent ban from the project and also my account is temporary suspended ( Egypt)

Does anyone know what might have caused this, or what I should do now?

Hello! This is my first ever Reddit post. I am here because I am facing a unique issue (maybe). So I got invited to create my account on CrowdGen. However, I faced a lot of issues. I am currently located in Finland. The first:

1) My Phone Number Shows as Registered
This was incredibly strange. I had never ever used my phone number to login to CrowdGen or anything related to that, despite having extensive experience in such platforms. Since the number showed as registered, to bypass that; I used a 0 in front of my number. But when I went to set up my payments option, it wanted to use my number to send an SMS. However, that did not work for the 0. So I reached out to the help desk to reset the number back to the original number that I wanted to use (the one that showed as registered). However, no reply yet.

2) Login Unsuccessful Even After Using Correct Credentials
So today, I wanted to login in and see what projects are available and whatnot. However, my email and password are apparently wrong. I tried it many times and it did not work. So, I wanted to reset the password. So I entered my email (the one where I got the invitation from and made the account with) and guess what? No OTP Code ever arrived. I continued to resend, I checked spam; but nothing.

I am at a total loss here. Finally, I saw this really active Reddit thread related to CrowdGen and people here seem really helpful. Someone please help me, I am tensed :(

Its been a month since ive made an account only got whatcom as a project which isn’t worth doing as tasks appear and dissappear at odd time with very low pay rate

Has anyone been approved to work on the matrixGo platform? I passed all the qualifications for the project and the recruitment process shows it's completed on the matrixGo. However, the approval has been pending for months now. How does this platform really work? Kenya.

I got an email saying we can work up to 20 hours a week, 6 hours a day. But there's never any work? Maybe I'm logging in at the wrong time or something. There are 2000+ tasks, but none are available. Is there a certain time I'm supposed to log on? I would LOVE to have 20 hours worth of work, but it doesn't seem possible when all tasks are taken every single day. If I try anyway, I may get 20-30 minutes of tasks trickling in if I'm lucky. I'm in Ads Integrity. Should I switch to a different vertical?

I'm looking for some advice from anyone who has worked on Project Poliwag Aribic - Egypt dialect.

I qualified for the project and worked full-time on the production tasks between June 16 and June 24. After being removed from the project, I can no longer see the project or my submitted production tasks in my CrowdGen ADAP dashboard.

Some contributors have already received their production hours, but mine are still missing.

I opened a Help Desk ticket, but the only response I've received is that tasks must pass the quality review before payment.

I understand that quality review is required, but it's difficult to understand how I could qualify for production work and then have no accepted production work or visible submissions at all.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there another contact email or team I can reach besides the Help Desk for a manual investigation?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Australia. I’ve contacted support twice about this. The first time, they sent the FAQs to me which I’d already read. The second time they didn’t respond at all. It’s been a week tomorrow.

The instructions tell you how to set up your payment options when you first click onto the payment section. But that option has never been there for me. I identified a little icon on the right of the payments screen that when I click on it, asks for a OTP but when I put it in, tells me I am not authorised.

I’m new to Appen but not new. I did a few short projects back in 2020 using the same email. I’m wondering if that may be why I’m having this issue.

I recently completed the project that involves recording about an hour of prompts in the app and there’s been absolutely no communication about it a week later, nothing about it being completed or about payment, nothing. On my dashboard the project still says “resume”. The payments FAQ in this project screen does not link anywhere so I’m also not sure whether I’m supposed to report the time spent or if it’s automatic.

Is this a normal state of affairs for Appen?

I recently completed the Poliwag calibration/assessment, I’m based in Egypt and after submitting it I only saw a “Thank you” message saying that there are currently no tasks available.
I didn’t receive any email, my Projects section is still empty, and I’m not sure whether I passed the assessment or if it’s still under review.
For those who have already been accepted:
How did you know you passed?
Did you receive an email, a contract, or did your dashboard simply update?
What was the first sign that you had been accepted?

Abro crowdgen y me dice error 503. Pero después de un largo tiempo (1 hora) me deja abrir las páginas normalmente. Pero ya las tareas fueron tomadas.

Hello. How long did it take you to start working in Project Uolo? I completed 5 hours in the practice queue about 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard from them. I can see that I scored 88% in the universal dashboard but they still have not emailed me if I passed or not. From Turkey.
