If you've listened to these folks long enough and pay attention long enough, you realize they've been telling you what they've been doing or what they want to do. It's like they're compelled to tell on themselves by accusing the other side of exactly the things they're currently doing or giving everyone a preview of what they have in mind for the future.
Mhm. That is the way Conservatives always worked. When you realize they are mentally stunted children, you'll see how it all makes sense.
They lack empathy and one of the fundamental skills you learn as a child, which is that other people aren't like you and think differently. They are stuck in the phase where you assume everyone is you. Which is why every accusation is a confession, because they cannot imagine anyone thinking differently to them.
There was that heat map study going around a few years ago showing that conservatives only care about people they know and Liberals care beyond who they know. Conservatives scoffed and thought it was evidence of something wrong with liberals because being too empathetic was bad.
I pointed out that the study just proves how selfish Conservatives can be, and a Conservative told me I'm faking it for attention, I don't really care about people on the other side of the world.
To whom, is what I wonder since they would say that about anyone, someone has to actually believe it for it to matter.

They legitimately think the left not being racist is an act put on just to piss them off. Like how they pretend to like the music of Kid Rock the left is out there pretending that black people are human beings just to piss off conservatives.
So many of them put it as "I just speak my mind/I just say how I really feel," because they genuinely believe everyone is as bigoted as they are and are just afraid to say it. The alternative, that they're just wrong, genuinely just doesn't occur to them.

Theres also several studies showing differences in the brains of conservatives and liberals. Conservatives have slightly larger and more active amygdalas which controls fear, anxiety, and aggression. Its like their genetically linked to the dark side of the force.
At which point I tell these people where they can put their bible and religion because it literally only exists for the sake of their virtue signaling. That is the only purpose it serves outside being justification for advancing literal evil here and around the world.
Neighbor friend is like this, lost dad early, mom was a screw up, he never grew up properly, though he's over 80. He is overall a nice guy but the complaints about Biden, etc worship of Trump, etc and being semi-racist, anti- imigration etc is ridiculous. He lives off SSN and EBT and assumes Democrats and immigrants are trying to steal his money. He worships the people who are trying to ruin him and hates the Democrats because he assumes they have a black self centered heart like him, because everyone is evil and just looking out for themselves, except Trump Co.
But he isn’t a good dude and we need to stop coddling them. They support monsters and the active destruction of our democracy and world and because of that they get no pass.

It's a purposeful strategy, because now if a democrat points out that's exactly what they're doing, then a republican will say "You're just saying that because that's what they said you're doing!" They're not accidentally confessing, they're creating confusion and eroding trust so they can continue to get away with shit long after it's obvious they're doing it. It's obviously working as well.
That's exactly what happened. Miller attempted to make advances toward his high school political arch nemisis, Cynthia Santiago (see below), and she told him to fuck off.

It's always existed going back decades. Even sitcoms occasionally touched in divisive politics going back to the 60s. Not often but it's there. What Trump and the GOP have done starting in the 80s was to slowly ramp up their language. Then Trump shows up 15 years ago with one of the most hateful and cruel tones I've ever seen in US politics. FOX News, who helped begin this kind of negative talk, really leaned into it along with the paid social media folks to push the narrative and now you get this shit from every dum(b)ass republican that doesn't want to admit they screwed up.
Funnily enough, this allegedly happened during WWII. When Nazis were presenting Jews as this huge threat and described them, the Japanese officials and military were intrigued and were hoping to ally with them (the Jews) 😄

Republicans are the true threat to this country and we'll never be truly safe until something is done. But honestly, how do you reach such proudly ignorant and violent people?
I definitely lean further left. The only private industry I want more oversight on is energy. Sick of fracking and lack of foresight. Should all be municipal and mostly solar/wind/geothermal/nuclear.
I also think food, shelter, education, and healthcare are human rights.
Things liberals have given us: off the top of my head… The weekend, increased literacy and mathematics skills, clean air, clean drinking water, removal of poll taxes. National Parks.
