A creature that’s injured🙂

This is a drawing that I made about some creature. (I don’t know. I just drew something random because I got bored. Please ignore the camera quality. I’m not that good at drawing, but I hope you love it.)

Hookwing, the bird with bat-like wings.

Hookwings are the definition of a creature biting off more than it can chew. They dive into the water at breathtaking speeds, using their hard, bowl-shaped beaks to scoop up fish in a single motion.

Their namesake "hooked wings" are what truly set them apart. They function much like a hummingbird's wings, rotating in a circular motion to generate incredible maneuverability. This allows a Hookwing to come to an almost instantaneous stop before folding its wings and plunging into the water.

But the Hookwing's greatest adaptation is its built-in contingency plan. If it's forced underwater, it can store air inside its beak and expel it in a powerful jet, giving it a burst of propulsion. Combined with its uniquely shaped hooked wings, which slice efficiently through the water, the Hookwing can swim at speeds of up to 20 mph. Once it breaks the surface, it's back to doing what it does best: skimming across the water and scooping up fish.

This is my version of the character or creature you imagined while looking out of a car or bus window, any suggestions on extra details to add, or just my anatomy in general is greatly appreciated :)

The Demons of the History of Science

Here are Laplace's Demon, Maxwell's Demon, Loschmidt's Demon, Szilard's Demon, and Descartes' Demon.

Laplace's Demon is an entity capable of knowing the past and future perfectly through the position and momentum of particles. I represented this using a clock and particles.

Maxwell's Demon is an entity that creates a temperature difference on its own by separating high-temperature and low-temperature regions without external energy, thereby decreasing entropy. I represented this through a door and hands manipulating particles.

Loschmidt's Demon is an entity that reverses entropy by flipping the motion of all particles in the opposite direction. I represented this through broken machinery and particles exerting opposing forces on each other.

Szilard's Demon is an entity concerned with entropy and information regarding the position of molecules. I represented this using computers and wires.

Descartes' Demon is an entity that deceives all our trusted sensory experiences and knowledge, serving as the original inspiration for the "brain in a vat" concept.

⚠️ Spider Warning ⚠️

I finished this strange little needle-felted spider today. It has a mask-like face, too many eyes, and long black-and-white legs—creepy, but somehow still a little cute.

Would you let it live on your desk, or would you immediately move to another house? 🕷️

Sunset, inspired by an old sketch of mine

My previous creature was based on an old sketch I did, but this one was made from the same sketch. I drifted away from the original sketch from this and creating something entirely new. I like how this one came out.

-Moves slowly. -Keratin beak that can easily break bones in defence but mostly used for feeding from medium sized trees by eating the leaves and bark. -Large clubbed tail that is used for defence and it has spikes that follow the curve of the club so it can break bones, and cause deep fatal lacerations. -It is often solitary and it would only meet with members of its species during mating season.

The Red Siren, Vita Carnis fan-creature by me. (check second image)

The red siren - this interesting species of carnis has no scientific name since it is not recognized as a species. There is no known footage of one, only sailors tales, actual sightings and samples often being brushed off as an urban legend or animal matter. From witness descriptions, the red siren is a carnis organism that has similar anatomy of a leopard seal. Large, powerful fleshy body with flippers and an eel like tail. the back sail can be folded down when surfacing and the front limbs pale patch markings acting as decoy human hands used for luring. Most individuals have a pale patch on their forehead with false eyes, two dents that activate a persons pattern recognition, a fake face in the water. as it swims, its fingers flex and poke out the water, paired with the face-like structure it looks like a drowning man or a floating corpse from afar, enough to make one lean closer. the false face is mostly cartilage and can be used for echolocation in darker waters. the "mouth" on the false face is the red siren's blowhole, its breathing sounding like gurgling. the hairs around the false face are sensors that detect the waterline and let the red siren know ho0w far to surface to keep up the best illusion. Even when a body of a red siren washes onto shore, it is always misidentified as a bloated meat snake carcass or a dead sea creature, and the body is often in bad shape from scavenging animals and weather, making it harder to identify. in coastal areas, meat snakes are seen swimming quite well with their long and flexible bodies, and they are also known for wearing the skulls and bones of marine life, creating the easier option of identification rather than classifying a new species. Some sailors claim the red siren can grow up to the size of a small island, a large pulsating tumor like mass covered in algae with many lures on its body, ones even shaped like a whole person floating in the water. Its almost always an old sailor telling the tale, so scientists always brush it off as a sailor legend or misidentification, yet the same story repeats.

Zodiac signs : Sagittarius / Sagittaire ♐

The sign of Sagittarius is a fallen entity, cursed with an insatiable hunger, feeding on souls to survive.

At night, it haunts ancient ruins and hunts any creature that crosses its path..
