Hi, i take creatine and pre-workout (insanelabz high stim) but i recently discovered there’s Rule 1 Charged Creatine, a combination of both. I have a high caffeine tolerance.

Has anyone tried this and how’s the pre-workout on this? Is it effective and enough to increase performance?

We have new city ordinance to prevent the use of gas powered leaf blowers within city limits and my wife’s boyfriend isn’t moving much weight with the battery powered leaf blowers. Has anyone tried a snowblower for creatine clean up indoors?
