A cure for lactose *tolerance*
If you didn’t already know, the ability to digest lactose in adulthood is actually an anomaly—human beings by default were unable to digest lactose until a mutation occurred about 10,000 years ago that gave certain populations a lactase persistence gene. Indeed, in many parts of the world (such as in East Asia), a majority of people are lactose intolerant, as it remained the default state of being for the population there.
Therefore, instead of trying to give lactose intolerant people the ability to digest lactose, I propose we recognize the true genetic normal of humankind and take the ability away from people who can digest it.
(And yes, I did just watch that one HGModernism video, how can you tell)

Add farting noise to English as a new letter / sound and replace a percentage of Ps and Fs in regular words with this new sound.

All ads should be the actors in the show ( in character) trying to sell you whatever the ad is about.
Just watched a show where one of the ads did this. Honestly it was a good idea. We stopped fast forwarding the ad to watch it.

Let's have parties where we all make a feature-length movie in twelve hours with limited camera / lighting abilities, then we showcase it in the movie theater the next day.
First four hours: write script
Second four hours: film movie
Final four hours: edit / polish movie
Obviously there will be snack breaks in between. Whether or not we include those as part of the twelve-hour process is to be determined.
I have limited knowledge about filmmaking by the way.
Edit: I've been informed by some people that this already kind of exists - the 48-hour film festival. Good to know!

I’ll move to California and start a professional custom protest sign making business.
Signs are all the rage. The better the sign looks, the better chance you get photos taken of you which is what most people want. I’ll move to the west coast, and start a professional protest sign making business. You tell me exactly what font, color, design, and so on. Then I’ll make a professional looking one with perfect lettering that’s painted, maybe even some glitter to make it shine, laminate it with simple clear tape, and will add small wooden supports all around it to make it sturdy.
I also will make a bunch of generalized ones and bring them to these protests. I’ll keep 20-50 in a truck and will sell them directly to people that have joined them. If each costs $20, and I sell 20 I’ll make $400. Minus supply costs if I buy in bulk I’ll make easily $320. Could also charge more for better looking signs. People will pay it because they’ll feel left out,

Call it, "People Getting Injured and Breaking Laws: The Musical."

Slides
From every floor. Yes, build giant poles with slides, use expendable slippery fabric/material for sliding Use wheeled dollies if necessary. Have a slide off every building, every 5/10 floors (depending on the number of floors in the building).
Humans can build skyscrapers and overpasses - they can build durable slides don't tell me fairytales.

Reverse Waterfall Supertrees at Gardens by the Bay – App-Controlled Scented Mist Sky Sculptures That Cool the City
Hear me out: What if we built a reverse waterfall system on all the Supertrees at Gardens by the Bay? Giant pumps shoot scented, colourful mist UPWARDS in swirling patterns that form temporary sky sculptures you can control with an app. During the day it acts as massive public cooling mist for the whole Marina area, and at night it turns into a free light-and-mist show that reacts to music from nearby events. Singapore literally turning the weather into interactive art. Bonus: the mist carries tiny edible flower petals for people walking below. Wild, right?

Create the Anti-procrastination State Agency. You could call them and they would monitor if you finished your project before its deadline. And if not, they would murder you
A commitment device at its extreme, with your life at stake

We should be more focused on a fingernail, hair, and bodily fluids based economy.
All these scientists keep trying to figure out how to harness the power of the sun, or how to make gas cleaner. What we should be doing is figuring out how to use the waste products of our bodies to fuel our society. Think of all that hair people grow and just cut off? DARPA should be working on a formula to use hair to power homes and go karts and what have you. At the very least, we should be doing something with all this urine. Come on.

Air Jordan 2.0
I love Air Jordans since i was a kid, last week I saw some in the Nike store and I picked an AJ5 to check what has changed from the original. Apparently nothing has changed and it's still as heavy as steel toe boots. So why not recreate the whole AJ line using lighter material. AJs are famous for their design but not for playability or even stylish strolling. I think Nike will sell a ton of these shoes instead of seeing them on clearance.

Laser tag but you get an electric shock to the nuts
Laser tag is great but getting shot does nothing. Airsoft or paintball give bruises, you might regret it afterwards. I know some type of "taser tag" exists, but it's often a shock on the wrist, which is kinda boring.
What if players (I assume men in this case) wore a device that would give a small electric shock to their nuts when they are shocked? It would be exciting to put your manhood at stakes in the game, I bet it would be perfect for a bachelor party for example.

Pet-Human Swap Parks in Singapore: High-Tech Role Reversal for Better Empathy
Living in Singapore as a 19-year-old, I was walking my neighbour's dog near East Coast Park when it hit me, what if we created "pet-human swap parks" where animals and people temporarily trade roles through safe, high-tech harness systems and AI translators?
Dogs get to sit on benches with treats and "command" their humans, while people (wearing knee pads and safety gear) chase balls on all fours or follow scent trails. The AI translates barks into encouraging words like "Good human! Faster!" or turns human speech into tail-wag instructions.
These parks would help us understand our pets better, reduce stress for everyone crammed in tiny HDB flats, and feature Singapore-themed zones like "mystery spice scent hunts" using local herbs. Parks could include timed sessions, vet oversight, and easy-clean areas. Everyone leaves more connected, empathetic, and happily exhausted.
Has anyone else daydreamed about wild empathy-building concepts like this in Singapore?

Hire 10,000 people to dig a huge hole for 1 year. Turn it into a state/national park at the end of the year. It's advertising point is that this whole was "100% hand dug"
I would pay money to visit it.

Milk Museum - with a tasting room of milk from all kinds of mammals.
Most have had Cows milk or Goat Milk but what about Dog Milk or Pig Milk?
While disgusting to imagine, cows milk is pretty disgusting already.
I want to try Elephant milk on my lucky charms.
