Development PSA: Posts relating to companies that sell / have sold alt noids are not allowed on the sub.
We understand that some new products are in a legal grey area however we do not condone posts about these products on the subreddit unless done for harm reduction purposes.
Such companies have willingly stocked products in shops which have sold to teenagers which we do not support.
Feel free to post elsewhere such as /r/hhc_legends where your questions will be answered.

Advice What to do with gear?
Hey guys, as the title says, I'm moving abroad soon and looking for fast ways to sell my gear, well what's left of it, I got most of it sorted already, some gifted, some sold, some sent on new address, etc.
Is there some place where you guys are getting rid of those stuff and that is not fb marketplace as these cunts blocked my marketplace acc for literally no reason and no explanation have been in touch with customer support for weeks, 0 progress...
On adverts I don't have feedback, so don't really think that would do it...
I have 2 almost brand new 1.2x1.2x2m Mars Hydro grow tents that has to go ASAP, and some stuff I would give for free with it as well...as you probably know those are huge and pretty heavy boxes for shipping internationally so that's not solution either...
Any help or info in which direction should I go is highly appreciated, cheers lads TIA

Bong, pipe etc. Mighty+ water bubbler
Bought a might plus a few years ago but only now looking to get off the tobacco and use the vape. The only thing is that at high temps Iām coughing a lot and I haven tried low temperature, but getting no vapour (may be too impatient). Has anyone tried the bubblers, ideally looking for something that sits on the unit, rather than something that looks like it was stolen from a school science lab. Appreciate any suggestions as Iām down a rabbit hole and none the wiser!

News Drug cases in District Court up 8% year-on-year
Last week the government said people ending up in court for personal possession rarely happens, so decriminalisation isn't needed. This week the courts are saying they're under pressure due to an increase in less serious drug cases.

General Discussion why is cannabis still illegal?š®šŖ
It's genuinely crazy at this point that its not legal and probably never will be, we can keep dreaming though... practically everything but about 1 or 2 options on the shelves is actually safe for human consumption. Even at that the natural stuff is much safer, actual idiots. considering they love taxes so much they would make an absolute fortune, have regulated, tested & safe marijuana rather than sprayed street piss, and then vapes filled up with liquid made up from the Chernobyls elephant foot, gummies made up in the witches cauldron being sold on shelves. A lot of fatal, hospital & seizures stories now a days over whats on the shelves since that last ban! Would help minimalise minors from having such easy ways of getting it & anybody getting laced or have even worse effects. As it would be tested & regulated rather than pure filth.
i know its not safe for anyones consumption but it is A LOT safer than what we are given!) not everything legalised is always 100% safe for human consumption... just feels crazy that it is not already regulated and sold.
Ireland is generally known for being progressive and open to many social issues, yet cannabis remains illegal, even for medical use in most cases. Other countries with similar liberal trends, like Canada, parts of the US, and Germany, have either fully legalized or at least decriminalized it, what do you think is holding it back & will we ever see any changes?
please do correct me if any mistakes and would love to hear any feedback... safe smoking!šš®šŖ

General Discussion Albufeira Flower
Im flying out on Wednesday for a week with my group of friends who would all be regular drinkers, I myself do not drink but would be an avid smoker. (roughly 6-7 joints/2-3 grams per day) Personally I use weed to self medicate my diagnosis of agoraphobia and severe anxiety as I prefer it to the various forms of antidepressants I have tried. This has been communicated and even encouraged by my GP. Due to both of these issues travelling abroad is extremely diffucult to me as my body reacts physically to unreal threats. I have heard lots about the cannabis culture over in Portugal and understand that it is a seriously controversial topic among the local residents. I want to remain as safe and respectful as possible on this trip but I truly do not see myself being able to manage my anxiety without bud whilst there, to the point I have almost cancelled twice. If anybody has any helpful advice please share it with me and have a good day!

News GardaĆ can refer first-time offenders with personal drug possession to the HSE from September
From September, first time caught with a spliff you might be lucky enough to see a medical professional about your 'problem' instead of a judge. Second time caught, you're stuffed.
Article text below:
PEOPLE FOUND IN possession of drugs for personal use for the first time can be referred by gardaĆ to the health service from 1 September, when the governmentās Health Referral Scheme comes into effect, it was announced today.
Announcing the start date for the scheme, which was first floated in 2019, the departments of Health and Justice described it as āa health-led responseā and said:
āWhere An Garda SĆochĆ”na determines that a person is in possession of drugs for personal use, and meets the eligibility criteria for the scheme, that person will be referred to the Health Service Executive (HSE) for brief intervention and assessment.ā
The government said the scheme is designed āto provide early intervention, reduce harm, and support people to access help at the earliest possible pointā.
It also said the scheme reflects āthe governmentās commitment to treating drug use as a public health issueā and is in line with the recommendation of the Citizens Assembly on Drug Use.
The Citizens Assembly recommended sweeping changes to the way issues related to drug use are dealt with by the state.
When the government announced plans to bring in the Health Referral Scheme in 2019, it was criticised by many as not going far enough.
The issue of decriminalising drug use also featured in the campaign leading up to the last general election, when Fine Gael took aim at Fianna FĆ”ilās manifesto pledge to do so.
Fianna FƔil later said it did not intend to decriminalise all drugs.
Announcing the date for the beginning of the scheme today, Murnane OāConnor, a junior minister in the Department of Health, said it was āan important milestone in the health led response to drugs useā and that it would āprovide compassion and supportā.
She added that the Department of Health has provided ā¬700,000 to the HSE to provide a health intervention for people referred under the scheme.
āThis scheme opens a pathway to support people before their drug use becomes problematic, while ensuring that services are in place to respond to peopleās needs,ā she said.
Health minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill said todayās announcement marked āthe start of a new approachā.
āWe want to reach out and give people, young people in particular, the opportunity to avoid a criminal conviction which can have long-lasting consequences for their future work and travel prospects.ā
Justice minister Jim OāCallaghan said the scheme ārepresents a balanced and responsible approachā that ārecognises the value of prevention, intervention and supportā.
āAn Garda SĆochĆ”na will continue to take strong action against drug dealing, drug related intimidation and organised criminal activity,ā he said.

Legalisation Decriminalisation would spark increase in drug-induced psychosis, committee told
College of Psychiatrists in Ireland are at it again...
https://www.irishtimes.com/politics/oireachtas/2026/07/08/decriminalisation-would-spark-increase-in-drug-induced-psychosis-committee-told/
Did they miss this study? The largest of it's kind.
https://www.drugsandalcohol.ie/38117/
"Question: Is state cannabis legalization or commercialization associated with increased rates of psychosis-related health care claims?
Findings: In this cohort study of claims data from 63,680,589 beneficiaries from 2003 to 2017, there was no statistically significant difference in the rates of psychosis-related diagnoses or prescribed antipsychotics in states with medical or recreational cannabis policies compared with states with no such policy."

General Discussion Hypocritical attitudes towards alcohol versus weed
Does anyone else smoke and not drink? Iām getting really sick of the fact that itās socially acceptable to get shit faced but if you smoke a joint youāre scum. Iād love to be able to go out and have a few joints and relax and have the craic, itās so much more enjoyable than drinking and has none of the negative side effects. Thatās before you get around to consuming in front of kids, I have children and I would never smoke around them but I do think about the fact that people bring their kids to pubs and give them iPads while they drink but me smoking a joint on a hike with my kids would be shocking. I dunno, I think we have the wrong approach here altogether. The good weather has me thinking about this! Anyone else with kids resonate?

Harm Reduction The end of HHC products and tapes?
I meant vapes not tapes!
As part of this operation, searches were conducted on 2nd July and 8th July 2026 at five business premises and two residential premises in Carlow, Castlebar, Longford, and Drogheda, which resulted in the seizure of substantial quantities of cannabis-infused jellies, cannabis oil-infused vapes and āreeferā cigarettes containing HHC and THC, with an estimated value in excess of ā¬2 million.
I personally don't see this as a bad thing at all, high levels of THC can definitely increase the chance of psychosis or developing CHS especially when not done in moderation, at least with flower you can tell if its been produced correctly, or if its spice - carts and vapes etc people have no clue what's actually in them, and they're often sold to teenagers.
Bong, pipe etc. My 18 month old Mighty+ vape died
Any actual shops stock portable vapes? Or is it only online in Ireland
