Made with about 80ish orange chocolate chip cookies (baked 99) and brown sugar whipped cream. It tastes like a choose your own cookie adventure (the softest at the bottom & crunchier on the tops and sides) of a cookie being dunked in milk.

880 calories of pure chocolate, butter, flour, egg, and sugar have birthed this monstrosity. She will forever be a monument to all of mankindās arrogance and free will.
She has a little sister, The Fatty, about half the calories. (second slide)

Has anyone in here noticed a change to the great American cookies icing flavor? It used to be a very thick, succulent buttercream, however in my double doozies today the filling felt more like whipped cream. Is this a company change or a fluke? If so, I will not ever use them again.

This is my favorite cookie at the moment, what's yours?
(And it's offbrand, why is it that there's always some offbrand that tastes better than the actual one?

I wanted something that looked like a regular chocolate cookie until you broke it open.
The caramel stayed perfectly gooey after cooling.
Would you add flaky sea salt on top or leave them as they are?

Ive been chasing the perfect balance between crispy edges and a soft center for months, and I think this batch finally got there. Browning the butter made a bigger difference than I expected.
What's one small baking trick that completely changed your cookies?
I had this idea in my head for a long time and finally gave it a try!
Cookie recipe: https://bromabakery.com/double-chocolate-chip-cookies/
Made as written but I also browned the butter. After browning, I threw a coffee ice cube into the hot butter to add back in liquid. I also added 1/2tsp extra salt because I like my cookies a little extra salty.
Frosting recipe: https://sugarspunrun.com/peanut-butter-frosting/
I halved the frosting recipe and still had extra.
Chocolate coating: 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 TBSP Crisco, melted by 30 sec increments in the microwave

I am not u/LetsCookie, just someone inspired by the 100 days of creative cookie ideas. I wanted to come up with my own and used a favorite breakfast of mine as inspiration: A cinnamon raisin bagel with peanut butter. I also wanted to try making a stuffed or filled cookie for the first time, so this is the idea I came up with. I usually like small batch baking, so this only makes a few large cookies.
Thanks u/LetsCookie for all the work you put into the 100 days, it was fun to follow along! One day is enough for me, does anyone else want to claim day 102?
