I recently went to Coimbatore railway station and was pleasantly surprised by how neat and clean it is. I haven’t seen Coimbatore railway station this clean before. Even the tracks were being pressure washed and there was no odour even near restrooms in platforms. I am genuinely curious if it is due to new regime in TamilNadu, if that is the case, I hope this regime stays. Curious to hear reasons or any changes you have seen positively in the new regime.

Hi guys. So my mom has got fistula. It’s in the early stages rn and the MRI confirms it. She was supposed to have her surgery this week but somebody suggested this Mooligai Maruthuvam place in the outskirts of Sathyamangalam to her. She has decided to postpone her surgery and give this a try. But the diet she has to follow looks like for the next 48 days doesn’t look healthy. She’s already suffering from pain and has now decided to skip surgery that has a higher percentage of success along with a diet with very low nutrition. I have attached copies of the nutrition she has been asked to follow which also includes the details of this place. If somebody has already visited this place or has taken this type of medications did it work out for y’all.

Now again after two weeks, I tried jogging and a lady next to me started doing it looking at me. So they told me to stop. They said: “looking at you others would also do it; If something happens to them we will be answerable”.
I have no freaking clue wtf this is! Also they give you a card and write all kinds of exercises you have to do only as per that. End of your session, you have get their signature from the instructor . I have never seen anything like this before.

I am 28 weeks pregnant. I was consulting in a different city earlier and now moved to mom's place which is Coimbatore for delivery.

Is PSG hospital a good option for normal delivery ? I see that there is no guarantee that the doctor we consult will do our delivery.

I heard whoever is available will do the delivery.

I'm worried if they'll push for C Section. Also, is the delivery usually done by experienced doctors or by recent graduates from PSG Medical College, as Isaw that the doctors who are available for consulting in B Block are mostly young.

Recent delivery experiences from PSG Hospitals would help a lot.

Also Nalam Hospital in Cheran Ma Nagar is good for delivery ? Any real experience on delivering with Nalam Hospital Cheran Ma Nagar would also be helpful.
