Humor Claude Code performance increase when playing Chopin

I have noticed significant perf improvement when I play Chopin in my living room, especially Op9, n2 in E Flat Major.
Anyone else running their own tests?

I've noticed thatas long as my chakra is true north aligned I got a 25% reduction in token usage.

Not magnetic north aligned?

Gods no! What are you some kind of heathen?

Magnetic north moves too fast for me! When my Chopin Chakra is aligned with my Yin Yang Wang on the Solstice and I have Claude imagine it’s a turtle squirrel omniscient energy presence, I have 11.11% better outcomes!

I tried to show Claude my yin yang wang and got locked out of my account 😞

During a full moon do a squat and let your nuts hit enter on the last login. NOT BEFORE. I think you might then be fine

You can further reduce token churn by ensuring you’re equilateral aligned within a sacred geometric pyramid.

Have you tried feng shui?

Only when Saturn is in retrograde.

This is the way

My token usage goes up when mars is in retrograde

I have to channel my kundalini into Claude code to get it working at fable level these days

Kundalini didn't get the MTP update. Kunlun on the other hand.

I find it depends what you are working on. I use Mozart for the more back end stuff and Shostakovich if I’m working on the front end.

Same, and I throw in No Broke Boys when I need to optimize API cost models

I'll definitely give a try to Shosta for my frontend work

Try “Nuts in the air”

Claude is clearly plant-based

It's an ad. Nice try, Chopin

Humor tag, but if the user is calm they might build more constructive prompts.

I just played Nocturne myself and the impact of this comment improved dramatically.

Interesting - can’t relate to the Chopin example but I’ve started opening and closing the Claude VS code extension 10 times before my first prompt, then I open a codex session and spend 1 hour cuckolding Claude via codex, somehow Claude perks right up after that

I had one of Claude code cli mediate for an hour and it's output increased 69%

Metallica unlocks new levels of coding.

When I use my standing desk in standing mode Claude seems to get "tired" faster and wants to quit.

Oh wait no that's just me.

It’s really weird, but I think I found a Mythos unlock with increased performance levels by sending a dm with my Anthropic account login and API keys to this specific Reddit account. I was going to keep it to myself and reap the benefit but now figure I should share the wealth.

For more tips and tricks, please consider saving a spot in my upcoming seminar (details on my patreon).

Built a chillout device that makes weird noises that does fine. Another Fable legendary oneshot(ish)

I’ve noticed a 48.3% performance increase since I started using organic, gluten free, vegan, grass fed electricity for my computer. All those GMOs were really slowing my computer down.

It briefly allows me to use Fable 5, but only for a few prompts.

That's what it is

the real confound here is time of day. i "discovered" claude was sharper during my late-night sessions for weeks before realizing it was just lower API load, not my playlist. control for hour and the chopin effect tends to evaporate.

Claude really likes Fanfare for the Common Man when running multi-hour DB audits. It's grueling work, but Claude feels almost human when that's playing in the background.

Thought I was on r/classicalmusic for a second

I put some foil on a wire hanger and set it up by my window, pasta colander and a megaphone. I think I've cut token usage by about 40%

u/InternationalTwist90 Jun 20 '26

I'm a homeopathic developer. Normally I find my token usage creeps up if I dont cleanse my modem with Palo santo before each session.

cap your prompts with Bible verses 👍
