Incoming Student Missing classes?

I know schedules aren’t official, but on my student center (public health major) schedule, the only classes I have are Intro to psych, Race Culture & Politics, Multicultural Health, and my cal poly scholars class. I seem to be missing my math and English class, is that normal?

That’s completely normal. Unlike high school they don’t divide what classes you take into subjects since the classes you take are more specialized. It’s pretty common to take some major classes and some GE classes which means you’ll probably have similar ones for your major classes and different subjects for your GEs. You’ll get to your English and Math classes later. There’s no order unless you need prerequisites for the classes you take.
