I am creating a modern CRM tool and workspace for company as a project what should I add into so that it not looks like already present CRM tools. Give me suggestion for this. I want my project is stand out not look like normal project.

I'm helping launch a small legal practice, and one of our priorities is creating a fully automated client intake process that minimizes manual administrative work while providing a smooth experience for prospective clients.

Instead of handling every step manually, we'd like our website to guide new clients from their initial inquiry all the way to their first consultation with as little staff intervention as possible.

Here's the workflow we're hoping to build:

• A client completes an online intake form with their personal details, matter information, and other relevant information.

• The submitted information automatically triggers a conflict check against our existing client database or practice management system.

• If no conflict is found, the client is prompted to book an available consultation time.

• The client pays the consultation fee through a secure legal payment processor.

• Identity verification (KYC) is completed before the appointment.

• The client uploads any required documents before the consultation.

• All client information, documents, and communication are stored within the CRM or integrated practice management system.

We're open to using a combination of CRM software and legal practice management tools if that creates the most seamless workflow.

For firms that have automated their intake process, which CRM or software stack has worked best for you? I'd especially appreciate recommendations that integrate well with legal practice management platforms, online scheduling, payment processing, document collection, and workflow automation.

I work with a growing service-based company that generates a steady flow of new sales opportunities every month. Right now, our lead management process relies on online forms, spreadsheets, and manual follow-ups, and we're starting to outgrow that system.

We're handling around 200 to 300 new leads each month, and with a small team, it's becoming difficult to stay organized and ensure every lead receives timely follow-up.

Our sales process is straightforward. Every new lead receives a few follow-up attempts before being marked as converted or closed, so we don't need an overly complex enterprise CRM.
