I'm doing a playthrough as Nefer, so the cursed archipelago is just a stone's throw away. Does my thousand-gold investment give me anything aside from the world's shittiest province?

Its hilarious, no idea why this happened but i played as Robb Stark. I won the war, defeated Greyjoy and Lannisters. Executed Joffrey and whoever else i could get my hands on, reforged ice by warring against mace tyrell who somehow got oathbreaker and widowswail.

Then the white walker invasion started ramping up (slide 3), and id pushed them back from the wall thrice before they managed to conquer everything north of the wall.

So to stop them from taking out the wall and then taking me out, i declared the War of the Dawn. I won, became the ultimate GOAT stark but now for some reason there are so many Whitewalkers just chilling in my court, at Winterfell

I started a playthrough during the Dance of Dragons. Rhaenyra won and ended up making Helaena of all people the new Lord of Dragonstone. I've never even seen Helaena and Aegon survive the end of the Dance if they lose. Also, Jacaerys became the Lord Commander of the Kingsguard for some reason??

Update 2: Rhaenyra got assassinated and now Lucerys is on the throne, but he's in a Matrilineal marriage with Cassandra Baratheon. I guess the Baratheons will always get the throne one way or another.

Is it possible to betroth your children to multiple women with a polygamous religion? Playing as Valyrian Stepstones King Viserys and I want to marry my youngest son to his twin sisters.

By far the most promising mating pair I've ever seen. Their brood will rule the skies.

Hello, I'm just tinkering with the Direwolves expanded mod, and I wanted to know how I could remove the direwolves having educational traits just like how the dragons don't have educational traits.

Context: Im playing Rickard Stark and my best friend's wife, to whom id given certain titles upon the death of one of my lords without a clear heir, decided to rebel against me when i was trying to arrest her for hurting some smallfolk.

When i checked the rebellion status however, i saw that my bestfriend was fighting AGAINST his own wife and defending me against HER WAR OF REBELLION.

Update: I banished the lady because i didnt want to murder her, also i used my friend's levies to besiege the lady's keep.

This is just for people who want to play this mod along with its submods but get stuck on compatibility issues - if you play multiple and your game faces zero to minor problems please list them below!

Just pressed a claim on the iron throne, and the child lord paramount that had the westerlands and reach stayed as a vassal of the iron throne. I still won but the king had 150k troops?

For those who don't know, colonies in Yeen are periodically obliterated by an event that reminds you that the city is very, very cursed.

I've played alot of CK2 AGOT and gotten some pretty crazy random events, but I think this is probably the strangest lol

Probably one of the most depressing stories I've seen an NPC play out... unsurprisingly after accidentally burning alive all of his children and his second love / wife, he regained the depressed+ widowed traits, and died soon after the final screenshot from the sheer depression (and probably guilt)...

Honestly a Shakespearian story about how one man's ambition just ends up consuming him and destroying everything and nearly everyone that he cares about... he should probably be nicknamed 'Viserys the Tragic' or similar in any histories written of this period.

Hi guys, I’m thinking of playing this after looking at reviews and being a big GoT fan. I’m just wondering what sub mods you guys think are essential for the best experience but that won’t be to taxing on laptop. I’m running with:

So they are in the Clash of Kings - Feast for Crows period, roughly the same courtiers but Beric is leading them in COK and Lady Stoneheart in FFC. The former has good diplomacy and decent traits, whilst Lady Stoneheart has a rough go traits wise, basically 0 in all stats.

The benefit of the Brotherhood is they have special events they grant them event troops often when successfully besieging holdings, as they are at war and their starting event troops are raiding locked, but you can always hire mercs to take terrority. They also will get a set amount of gold from these events as well.

So whilst you start with a small number of troops (3k), that number can grow quite a lot assuming you don't get wiped or fight major battles.

The best aspect of this unlanded Duchy title is even after your current wars end, the events will always fire as long as you have the title. Whilst your current wars are tricky to get out of, eventually you'll be able to either white peace or someone wins the throne you're not at war with (and you get re-vassalised). If you win or lose your starting war, you WILL lose your title, so you don't want to do that. As Beric you get your old county back, as Catelyn you lose instantly, so, yeah.

But if you white peace, you keep the Brotherhood Without Banners Duchy title, with the event that keeps firing and if you claim a landed duchy, you can change succession.

In FOK you have a much better chance of surviving, as Robb's main army isn't next door and there a slightly more Rhllor characters to try and recruit to be your heir and eventually when you become a dynasty including...of course...

Victarion, outside of Stannis the best Rhllor character to play as, that reasonably can be recruited to your court and assist you in surviving into greener pastures.

Any other elements you can think of that will test this out? I'm thinking of being anti-slavers on a never ending conquest to rid out the world of the foul practice, possibly be settling in Lorath.
