Whopper Wednesday
Went impossible this go round. Add cheese as well as swiss, and extra patty. Not bad at all and definitely healthier than what I posted last week 😂

Thank you, B.K.
This is one of the main reasons I will continue to preach about B.K.
What other app does this?
Thanks, King.

Rodeo Cheeseburger BBQ Sauce
The Rodeo Cheeseburger is a near-perfect sandwich IMHO due to its BBQ sauce. I always ask for extra sauce and it puts it over the edge to elite status. Can anyone with insider information tell me if it is a BBQ sauce that can be bought in the wild (i.e. Sweet Baby Ray's), and why the company doesn't use the same sauce in its dipping containers?

Last week’s Whopper Wednesday
Pretty solid overall. Fully loaded with all the trimmings, but I noticed my tomatoes weren’t really red, more like a pale orange color. Still tasted 🔥 though. Really digging the new whoppers! Now if they could work on their fries and tacos I’d never go anywhere else.

It's too hot
My fellow kitchen employees is it so hot that your sweat is sweating?? No that your sweats sweat is sweating. We have A/C but it is not really working at all. Luckily one of the managers brought some fans, but damn...someone (me) is going to pass out eventually. We are supposed to get breaks but because we are petty much always short staffed and overwhelming busy we really can't take any breaks. If it wasn't so damn hot it wouldn't be as bad. I swear I am exhausted after 30 minutes because of this heat. It can ge into the upper 90s so I know folks in hotter weather has it worse. Hope everyone stays safe, stays chilled and makes it through

Impossible Whopper: ⭐5/5
I recommend getting it with heavy on all toppings. Just wanted to leave my review of it: 5/5. It doesn't taste exactly like beef but it doesn't have to and is just as good, IMO! Of course you avoid all the ethical problems with meat production. At least slightly healthier also.
I find with healthier choices, you have to try it more than once if you don't like it at first. For example sweetners. They may not taste sweet like sugar to you but if you stick with it (days/weeks) they will; and that has high payback. Sugar is basically killing you slowly (or quickly). Switching to sweetners has no drawback once your brain adapts - you like it just as much, at least for drinks.
Similarly with this. When I have a beef whopper now, it's not bad but actually does taste slightly odd...

Why?
So I double checked to see if there was a deal, there wasn't. I understand if it's cheaper, but it wasn’t. They did all that to order a Whopper no onion, heavy pickles..some folks aren't too bright

Burger King's New Sauce - Sweet & Sour
This is probably the most big back thing I've done thus far, but I had to share this because I absolutely hate when fast food places change their recipes and try to play it off as if nothing's different [aka the Wendy's sweet and sour sauce fiasco].
I saw a few people pointed this out already, but BK definitely changed their sweet and sour sauce and I thought I'd just share a picture of both the old and new sauce packages [and ingredients] side by side - this is one of the many instances I'm actually glad I saved extra sauces from times before.

The immediate difference between the new one [purple] and the old one, is that the new one definitely gives sweet chili instead of sweet and sour - almost like the same thing Wendy's tried to do but less spice. It's not terrible, but the old sauce had a taste that was perfect for the nuggets and fries, and this new one misses the mark entirely.
Here's to hoping they switch back to the old recipe!

Burger King toppings
Apparently, BK uses Taylor Farms produce. Anyone here get the parasite? I've only gotten a Bacon Cheese Burger recently. Wanted a whopper, but I think I'll settle for the Bacon King.

Does asking for light condiments piss off the preparer?
Every time I ask for either light mayo or light barbeque sauce, I get one of two things:
1) No mayo or bbq sauce
2) SMOTHERED in mayo or BBQ sauce.
Is "Light" a trigger word?
