Hi everyone :) I’ve been having the most fun making various things with my breville custom loaf but I HATE cleaning the collapsible paddle. Mine does not collapse anymore, I think because there is some remnants that have cemented themselves in the hinge. Any advice for cleaning the paddle? Would it hurt the recipe at all if I started using the fixed paddle? I don’t mind cutting the paddle out of the loaf after, I’m just so over attempting to clean the collapsible one! Thanks!!
