Cannot read nor write anymore

I urgently need help. I am unable to read anymore. I was trying to read some political books such as "Socialism Utopian and Scientific", however I keep rereading sentences. I cannot comprehend anything that I read. It takes me a couple times to reread a sentence to finally understand what it is trying to tell me. I feel so anxious about my inability to read because I am starting school again in September, safe to say I am terrified. It is pretty embarrassing but I was a much better reader in middle school. I was known as the reader, and was able to read in any setting with loud background noise as well. I am scared that my brain is rotted beyond repair due to AI and short form content. How do i fix my brain? I feel like I am in a constant panic and get absolutely nothing done all day. I am not sure how people read, study and go to the gym all in one day while i struggle to even study. I should also mention that I have bipolar disorder which had a recent onset in the past year. Does anyone know what could be going on?
