Sidenote: I do believe someone contacted me just before about this user. Please pop up again as our messages disappeared, and I can't remember your username.
Not sure where to even begin with this person. I did three loans with them, two completed - one they won't repay. My mistake is doing a private loan. Which is my bad, but I'll get into why.
This post is just to inform, and warn. Please do not harrass this person.
First time it was for £40. When it came to repayment date, they weren't responding. I ended up disputing the funds after enough time passed. They were apparently banned and showed me that they tried to get in touch. They did show proof so I was happy to leave it at that.
Second time, it was for £60. Plus top-ups. I figured we'd put the first loan behind us, since it was quite unfortunate how it played out. I come to find out that they deleted the request post. This was near to when they were supposed to pay back. This user, you'll find, deletes posts almost regularly. I contacted the same mod here. We agreed to see if they would pay on the agreed date. They didn't, in fact it was a week late, they gave me reasons which were.. fishy. But they paid (not the whole amount, just the principle). I left it at that.
My mistake is taking on another loan with them. In private. I shouldn't have. So I'm telling on myself here. But I didn't want the headache of them deleting their posts again and asking them about it, and having them get upset over it that they would then not repay.
Anyway, they missed the repayment date and I gave them till the Monday that passed. Monday came, no repayment. And we got into a spat because I was being unfair. I gave them a lot of leeway, and most in my position would've got them banned by now. We didn't talk since.
I come to find out they blocked me on here. They're actively seeking another loan whilst not repaying me. They did make it a point that "I can't mark it as unpaid since it wasn't on there" and she's right, and she said that because, well, she didn't intend to pay.
I forewarned her that whilst I can't mark it as unpaid, I can make a post detailing our history. If any lender wants to do business with her, that's your choice. But the way she behaves and the things she does, without letting you know, it's a headache to deal with.
I fucked up on my part. So I'll eat the loss. (wasn't a huge one). At the very least, just know what you're getting yourself into should you loan to them. Thanks.
