Lookin for Fixed Gear Hub
I recently bought a new track frame and wanted to build my rear wheel with a specific rim in mind. I ended ordering a fixed/free hub that fits a road bike frame specifically so if anyone is selling or has any fixed hubs or wheels they are willing to sell hit my line :)

Shop Recs to Trade or Sell Unique Gear
I have a couple of wing flyers (model Z150) that Iām will to sell or trade. But I know from past experience that most shops wouldnāt accept something this specific. Plus since Iām new to the area, I was wondering if anyone knew shops that would be interested in more unique or custom gear.

New Cyclist/New Bike
Hi! I moved to North Buckhead/Sandy Springs earlier this year and Iāve been walking/using MARTA to get around but Iāve decided I want to start commuting around the city with a bike. Iāve done some research and it looks like a womens 3 speed (all terrain or hybrid, not sure which is the right term) commuter bike would be the best fit. I donāt live near the main part of the beltline so the sidewalk isnt as smooth. I also really want to use this on Chatahoochie nature trails.
Basically I havent owned a bike in a long time and realized I need tips on which to purchase as an adult begginner (relearning) with the end goal of commuting between neighborhoods and recreationally trail biking.

Beltline Question
How much of the Beltline is bikeable from E2E? I know the ultimate goal is a full loop around the city but sounds like there's still parts that are a work in progress.

Beginner/easy bike trails near stockbridge area
Hi, I just got a mountain bike and am looking to start riding. For now to help get me into it im looking for easy scenic, relatively short trails. Not even necessary mountain bike trails but any type of trail. I have a bike rack so I'd be willing to drive to get to a nice one. Any info would be super helpful, especially specifics on where to park or where to find maps, how long the trail is, if ita more flat or more hills etc.
Thank you!!

Any e-bike riders in North Atlanta? Starting a casual group ride
Hey all,
My wife and I ride e-bikes around the Roswell / Alpharetta area and weāre trying to get a small local group going.
The idea is relaxed rides, meeting other riders, and finding new places to ride. Most of what we do is paved paths, subdivisions, some gravel, and a little road.
Weāre doing a ride on Tuesday, May 21st after work and wanted to see if anyone here might be interested.
If you ride an e-bike (any type), youāre welcome.
Details here:
https://ebikeridersofamerica.org/local/ga/north-atlanta/group-rides/GR-TQDMAQZCC/
Even if you canāt make this one, would be great to connect with other riders in the area.

First time cycling the Beltline
Visiting Atlanta with my Litespeed this morning for the first time, I rode the Beltline from Krog Street Tunnel to the turnaround past Ansley Mall. What a gem of a path. Light traffic because it was a weekday morning. Great mix of commercial , residential and natural. Wonderful demographic cross-section of the community. Everyone was super respectfulāmommies, joggers, cyclists, walkers, etc. Everyone expect for the three or four guys, in full racing kit, who thought they were training for the Tour. One nearly washed out in front of me, going at least 30 mph. Another guy (it's always a guy), pushing 20 mph in moderately congested area, with hands in coat pockets and headphones on, nearly collided with a stroller. Slow down, you absolute knobs.

Don't like hidden (or non-existent) bike parking? Comment on the Zoning 2.0 draft
ATL Zoning 2.0 is currently in a second phase of drafting and is open for comments. When I took a look at the section on bike parking, I left a couple comments because it allows short-term bike parking to be not in sight of the right of way and sets a minimum of 10 spots. Please take a look at some of my comments and upvote them for visibility! If you haven't taken time to look through the ATL Zoning 2.0 document, I'd encourage you to take a look!

Mayor Andre Dickens has confirmed ICE will start operation at the ATL airport tomorrow. Iām definitely gonna be there. Trump created this crisis. They can solve this by paying TSA workers now!
