What's the most common rep shoe mistake being made?

I say 1 mistake is assuming the EU shoe size on my shoes in the US , such as my nikes or my dsw heels, will equate to rep size.

Was told they were 27cm and was stupid and didn’t ask for a photo measurement, so they are absolutely huge on me. I’m so disappointed, these are beautiful! Marked size 43.

Wendy doesn’t have past 27cm, which works for me for sandals but these unfortunately have too narrow of a toe for that to fit correctly and I need a 28cm insole, or at least 27.5cm. Anyone know of a seller who could source/order these for me? I’m obsessed!

1. About sizing
 
Once the group buy officially starts, I'll have the factory provide insole length measurements for all sizes. So you'll still have a chance to adjust your size before production begins. But once the custom order is confirmed and production starts, we won't be able to make any changes.
 
2. About quality
 
The album already has warehouse videos for both the black and white lambskin versions. If you can't find them, just message me and I'll point you to them. Sorry, but for now we only have photos for the other styles.🙏However these are top tier factory goods – what you see is what you get.
 
3. About shipping
 
Every single order comes with a full set of PSP photos + videos before shipment. We also pack everything under surveillance camera, so I'll provide a packing video and tracking number once it's shipped.
