batao guys
If you've been wanting to play but games keep getting cancelled, there aren't enough players, or it's difficult to find a group, we've put together a WhatsApp community to help footballers connect and organize pickup games across Bhopal.
Players of all skill levels are welcome. The goal is simply to make it easier for people to find games, play regularly, and meet other football enthusiasts.
If you're interested, here's the group:

Hopefully this helps a few people get back on the pitch. ⚽

It’s been a little over than two months that I moved to Bhopal from a metro city. My work brought me here. I was skeptical and curious at the same time at the thought of leaving a big city and shift to a smaller city like Bhopal.
Over these past weeks, I have come across several posts as well comments on this Sub from people living in Bhopal spewing hate over the city. People call it dead, boring, quiet, and whatnot. Apparently people hate the city for not having a crazy chaotic run of the mill life that cities like Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi offer. And that is what prompted me to write this post.
In the appreciation of what Bhopal is.
As someone who spent more than a decade in the deafening noise of a metro city, and who constantly kept getting lost in the swarms of crores of people piling one over the other (quite literally), I see a quieter city like Bhopal as a boon. The lesser crowd feels peaceful. A mere little fact that I am able to open my window at night without having to worry about traffic noise coming into my apartment feels like a big joy.
The tree cover that the city has looks comforting and welcoming. More so as monsoons have kicked in, and the city feels as beautiful as a little hill station.
The lesser distance one need to cover for going from one end of the city to another is simply blowing my mind, after having spent 3-4 hours daily on the road amidst traffic while living in the metro. To this day I swell with joy when I notice that it just took me 11 and a half minutes to reach office from my home.
The locals are generally very simple, and polite. I haven’t come across deceptive and foul people so far. It’s quite different feeling than having to keep your guards up all the time while interacting with other, as was the case when I was living in the metro.
I agree that there are lesser socialising and cultural opportunities as compared to Mumbai and Delhi. I agree that Bhopal doesn’t get a lot of quality concerts, standups, etc. But, I just refuse to consider it as a terrible option to live just because of these factors. Only one who has survived a metro city for decade can truly appreciate what a smaller, quieter city is.
Here’s to my love for Bhopal - for being able to open my windows, for being able to see greenery anywhere I look, for being gentler and sweeter to me, and also, for the Rava Pani puri!!
♥️

No hate to any other community
I dont know why but i feel little bit regret for not belonging to sikh community.
You will always find this community doing courageous things. Now in protest too they are coming forward openly.
All their gurudwaras and lungars are opened for all.

Interested in creating a local USDT P2P community in Bhopal for face-to-face transactions only (buying and selling USDT).
With the increasing number of scams and fraud cases in online P2P groups, I feel that having a trusted local community for in-person transactions could be a safer option.
If any Bhopal members are interested in this idea, please let me know. I’d love to hear your opinions and suggestions.
