Finally seeing some changes! I started at the end of April, 6 months postpartum. I’m still breastfeeding, so I eat a little more to maintain my milk supply, but I’m slowly getting there. 😊

Need to amp up weight lifting/strength training because I have stalled since Feb. Are there any online videos you'd recommend? Can't seem to get motivated, and I think I need structure because my winging it is not working. I'll do great for a couple of days, and then it drops off.
