Traveling to Beckley by air for the first time next month, and I can’t find any info (even my friends there don’t know!) about whether it’s possible to get a cab/uber from the airport. I’d be trying to get from the airport to ace adventure resort on a Thursday in August, if that helps. If anyone has any idea please let me know, I really appreciate the info!

Any word on when the construction at the soccer field will be complete? I appreciate the improvements however I do miss my uninterrupted walks.

The City of Beckley will have a 250th Anniversary Celebration, along with the Beckley-Raleigh County Beckley Raleigh County Convention Center, on July 3rd! There will be a band and food vendors at the back of the Armory arena. There will be animals inside the arena for you to view. FIREWORKS start after dark, around 9:30 p.m.

Can't say I like this idea, but it's here now.
