Are there people out there who still play grand operations in Battlefield 5? Every time i play i can wait for hours till a game starts..

So my question is how to link my PlayStation Controller to be able to play Bf5 with a Controller ? Anyone have a idea? Back in the days I used DS4 but it’s Not working anymore same as DualSenseX seems like my controller is Not recognized in-game but somehow when I’m in a game I can lean my controller and it’s working just nothin else 😩

hey. I played on the PS4 from the release on and stopped about 6 years ago.

I never endorsed an agressive gameplay and ended up beeing a quite average player with a postitive K/D when i lost interest and quit after a couple of hundred hours.

recently i started playing on PC and i find the gameplay waaay more competitive and challenging than on the PS.

i always end up in rounds with heavy unbalanced player numbers with me on the outnumbered side. 4 out of 5 games.

i know the games is quite old and many players are maxxed out and packed with thousands of hours experience but i find myself struggling even against low-level players (i know this can be experienced players with just a new profile; just like me). there happen to be rounds where i can hardly get 5 kills, even 0!

So, is it really THAT diffenrent on PC, or me just getting old after 5 years not playing and having slow reaction time?

BFV, how many people knew that the Stug and the Panzer IV have the same chassis, the German wirbelwind (anti air) as well! Even though it is obvious the strum tiger had the tigers chassis. The valentine is identical to the bottom half of both allied AA vehicles.

To prevent the other team from capturing a point in Conquest and Breakthrough you need to actually be within the capture radius of the point.

Sadly it feels like this needed to be said because people don't seem to understand that sitting outside the point sniping or camping with an MG does not, in fact, prevent the capture.

I know its a hard concept that has only been in the game since its inception but I think with a little effort you people can figure it out.

M1 and Type 99

Hi I am one handed gamer and I just bought batkefield V. I play on PC and I play with this mouse. Iplayed a few matches and i find most confortable with medic or scout. But overall I suck. I rarely get kills or if I get some kills is usualy 1 or 2 per match. Can anyone help me get better?

Hi, so I've recently decided to play Battlefield V on my pc. I haven't played in a while but decided to again, I generally liked it but took a break from it.

I've installed Battlefield V (EA App) however, whenever I launch it, within minutes (up to 5 minutes) the game randomly closes and then my whole pc freezes in a few seconds and just restarts on its own.

I'm not sure why this is happening, I try to do my settings but it crashes and restarts my pc. I get into a practice match shoot a while and it crashes and restarts my pc.

I've never had this issue before and not sure what is causing it, I've tried to reinstall the game multiple times, reinstall the EA App, clear cache, repair the game and the app. Nothing seems to work. I have even re-installed my Windows 11 (decided to have a fresh pc) but still the same issue.

If anyone has had this issue before or maybe you haven't and could possibly know a fix please let me know, I would highly appreciate it. Thank you!

Edit: Looks like my issue is no longer here, I have been able to play battlefield 5 and 6 without that problem. This is what I have tried throughout the troubleshooting:

• Completely clean installed Windows. Installed latest motherboard BIOS. Installed latest Intel chipset drivers. Installed Intel RST drivers. Used DDU in Safe Mode. Installed fresh NVIDIA graphics drivers. Disabled Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling. Tested with HAGS enabled. Forced Battlefield to DX11. Disabled EA overlay. Removed all GPU overclocks during testing. Reapplied GPU overclock later. Reset BIOS to defaults. Tested with XMP enabled. Tested with XMP disabled. Tested with Re-Size BAR disabled. Re-enabled Re-Size BAR (currently enabled). Verified UEFI mode. Verified AHCI mode. MemTest86 with 4 passes 48/48 tests and 0 errors. Windows Memory Diagnostic with 0 errors. FurMark stable, Cinebench stable, CrystalDiskInfo -SSD health 97%.

Removed RTX 4070 and installed into the second PCIe slot, Battlefield became stable, moved the GPU back into the top slot, checked PCIe power cables and made sure the GPU was properly seated in. Since then my games have been stable. MSI Afterburner core clock put back to +235MHz and Memory Clock +1100 MHz.
Not sure what was the full fix, but I'm certain that reseating the GPU was one of the main fixes, because after that I could play the Battlefield 5 and 6 without those issues again. Thanks to everyone who tried to help. Hopefully, I won't have this issue again.

This is the second time I've triggered this glitch, and I think I found what causes it. There are times when I load into the game, and spawn on an objective, and the aound effect/music plays, but it has a delay before actually spawning me. I switched from assault to medic, then back to assault and I was able to revive (for that life only).
