I'm not sure if everyone will be interested in this, but I still wanted to share it.

Just bought a Puma All Pro Nitro 2 from Sport Direct for £33, was quite excited when they arrived. I originally wanted to get the ET special edition, but changed my mind ta last moment. After trying them on awhile, the cushioning is fantastic. The forefoot is a little narrow, but it's still okay for me. I hope to wear them on the court soon.

They were announced and worn by Kawhi during all star weekend with a release date of Summer 2026... New Balance has dropped the P400 low and more color ways for the P350's.

I'm guessing release of the Kawhi's are delayed because of the NBA's investigation?

I got the all city 14 encore floral colorways, for context I'm 170 cm 75 kg shifty PG/SG (I used to play at around 65 kg then got pretty muscular but still retain my quickness). Play style: playmaker ball handler, drive a lot, start and stop , step back midrange and pull up/catch and shoot 3s.

Current rotation: joker 1 GT, All city 13, joker 1, lebron 21, Clyde all pro, all city 14 encore.

Traction: 9/10 I have been spoiled by elite traction like the joker 1 gt and all city 13 (no dust pickup at all ) as the perfect benchmark. Li ning add radial and herringbone to the outsole but keep the middle the same. The 14 encore has micro gritting texture on its flat traction tread which pickup dust, and required some wiping. If you play on clean court then it'd not be a problem. The traction itself is more of a soft stop than hard aggressive stop of the joker 1 gt/ ac13. This is not a hard aggressive shoe for speed demon with crazy first step, but the curve outsole and heel let you flow side to side well using footwork like Luka. Overall the traction and playability ,it reminded of the Jordan Zoom separate.

Cushion: 10/10 stiff at first, but very bouncy once you start playing in them more and more. Really good impact protection. You do sit a little higher so court feel is not a string point, than the ac13, but the cushion is not soft and you don't sink in to it the way you will with other non guard shoe. This sit somewhere in between joker 1 gt and joker 1 in term of bounce and softness.

Material: 9.5/10 they are pretty light weight with mixed of textile, tpu, and leather in the upper. It's well ventilated , there us ventilation hole on the toebox, medial and the tongue. The floral pattern is beautifully colored, hugged my foot very well, the plastic piece will dig in to my feet occasionally but should break in just fine. The design is great and you can tell that the designer put a lot of thought into the detail.ls.

Fit: 9/10 wide footer go up half a size and it'd be perfect, no heel slippage.

Support: 9/10 the ac14 encore no longer have the double outrigger like the 13 and 14, it now only have a single small outrigger. The curvature combine with the new outsole make it feel less restrictive but does make it less stable than other shoe with flat base. Heel and ankle collar is nicely padded. The tongue is pretty standard thick mesh tongue. I think way of Wade want this shoe to feel faster than the normal ac14 or ac13.

Overall: 9/10 it's a good all around shoe, which is true to the all city DNA as a shoe for all positions. Except for the cushion I don't think the ac14 encore has any standout features. If you are a guard who mostly relies on speed and quick first step, this mostly isn't a shoe for you. Bigs would love them for cushion and bounce. I would recommend this shoe for a wing or bigger guard who rely on footwork and can handle the ball.

Looking to replace my Tatum 2’s but i don’t know what shoe to go with. I really liked the Tatums except they make my achilles incredibly sore(ironic). I am pretty quick and my game relies on a lot of quick movements. I’m a bigger guy at 6’0 230(former football player) so I like to drive and get to the hole. I have wider/flatter feet and I play in a comp rec adults league in my county. Anybody got any shoe recommendations?

I was trying to clean these lebrons with those shoe cleaners kits you find at the mall or on Amazon, I thought I could just apply the cleaner and water to the brush like other leather sneakers but it seems like this leather is different. Once i started scrubbing and got the leather wet the color of the shoe darkened and after drying the leather doesn’t feel as soft or smooth (I only cleaned one to compare them). Did I clean them incorrectly? Would a leather conditioner restore the smoothness of the leather on the shoe I cleaned?

Im a 6'1 150 lbs guard who beats people off first step and fast pullups. I play indoor only at recs and men's league. My all the favourite shoe is the nike zoom assertion and kyrie 2s, right now im playing in kai 1s. If anyone got any other recommendations let me know, thanks.

I've heard and watched horror stories on this shoe for hoopin. So far, the consensus if 50/50 on the Cut4s in general. You either hate em or you love em. But seems that it varies by colorway and materials of the shoe. I've been looking for a worthy successor to my KD14s for a while now, and still have not been able to find anything that could beat em. The Jordan 40s came in close, but they were a bit unstable and made my ankles sore after 2hr pickup hoop sessions. Anyone ever tried the GT Cut4s? Do you like em/hate em? I thought of give em a try especially at this ridiculous price

I'm in the US and bought a pair of Joker 1 GT for $139 direct from 361. I returned them in the mail on 6/15 and there were no more tracking updates after 6/19, it was last scanned in Denver en route to Portland OR.

I put in a claim with USPS for $139. It says I will get paid $109, so I will lose $30.

This makes me not want to order shoes online now. I ordered Joker 2 GT from Amazon but if you return it, the process is the same. You ship it direct back to 361. It's not like other Amazon returns where you can bring it to Staples or Whole Foods.

I wish you could buy 361 and Li Ning shoes in stores here.

I'm looking for basketball shoe recommendations cbecause I have a combination of foot problems:

• I have bilateral hallux valgus (bunions), so I need a roomy toe box.
• I have a chronically swollen right Achilles tendon, and many shoes rub against it. Over time, the friction actually wears out both the inner heel lining of the shoe and my socks. I had Achilles tendon surgery in the past, so I'm trying to avoid anything that puts excessive pressure on the back of my heel.
• After playing, I also often get pain around the right ankle/malleolus area (I'm not sure exactly which tendon or structure is involved)

I'm looking for shoes with:

• a wide or at least forgiving toe box,
• a soft, well-padded heel collar that won't irritate the Achilles,
• an upper that naturally flexes with the foot instead of rubbing against the tendon,
• good cushioning and flexibility,
• good durability for outdoor courts.

I've already looked into the New Balance Fresh Foam BB v2 and the TWO WXY v5 because they seem to be recommended a lot for wider feet, but I simply can't find them anywhere or not in my size (EU 46 / US 12). They seem to be sold out or discontinued in Europe.

The models I'm currently considering are:

• Nike Air Max Impact 4
• Jordan Luka 77
• Way of Wade All City 14

I have a dorsal heel bone spur and its causing the insertional achilles tendonitis. Since using Nike GT Cut 2 Academy, i have not experience the pain on my heel anymore. I believed its because of the heel counter design of the GT Cut 2 Academy. Its like a glove for the bone spur, its not being pushed by the heel counter and the upper part is foamy(after the spur).

Is there any shoe similar to GT Cut 2 Academy that is more premium or a signature shoe? For indoor use.

Deciding between WOW 12 Obsidian and SPO Game 1 Low Dunk Club.

I’m 6’5 180lb, and my playstyle is explosive with lots of jumping and dunking. I’ll also use these to play volleyball.

Some big things that are important to me are lightweight, great traction, and bouncy cushion. I have some knee issues too some impact protection is also pretty important.

WOW 12’s would’ve been a no brainer, but the traction I’ve heard is iffy on some of the cw’s. I’ve also been wanting to try SPO’s for a while and a lot of pro dunkers use those.

Hi, I’m looking for some new basketball shoes as I haven’t really had the best luck with them. maybe it’s poor choice, or defective products but I’m not sure.

Background:

I’m a 24 year old (not sure if age really matters), 6’3” SF or PF (for now, training to become an SG instead). I weigh 93.5kg or 206 lbs (also planning to lose weight to about 200 or 198).

I wear a UK size 11 in basketball shoes although I’m a size 10.5 in regular shoes. I’ve got average width feet with a mid-arch.

I’m mainly a slasher who also loves shooting mid-range shots. I do run around a lot and jump quite often, so I’m looking for a shoe with decent cushion but also some good court feel.

I play a lot of scrimmages as it’s currently the off season, meaning that I’m usually on quite dusty courts, so good traction is non-negotiable.

Shoes I’ve tried:

I’ve bought a few basketball shoes, most notably the Air Jordan 35 low which is a great shoe, but just feels way too heavy for me. I like the responsiveness of the zoom air and love the eclipse plate that balances my arches, but moving around in them feels quite clunky for me as I want a shoe that allows me to move around quicker.

I’ve also had the Adidas Dame 6 which was pretty decent, but had pretty bad traction and lightstrike wasn’t the best, bottoming out very quickly.

I have a pair of Adidas Harden Vol. 4 but I hate how they fit. The midfoot band suffocates my arches and gives me severe foot cramps. Not to mention the horrific traction.

I bought a pair of WoW AC12 Encore and they tore my right big toe open. Had to return them even though I loved the traction and cushioning.

Bought a pair of Puma All-Pro Nitro 2 but they feel like they won’t have any court feel whatsover and my heels sink into the shoe, probably giving me the same result as the AJ35 Low but worse.

As for the shoes I’ve been looking at, they’d be the Nike JA3, Nike Sabrina 3, Nike KD18, WoW 808 5 Ultra V2, Anta Kai 3, Li Ning Liren 5V2, Adidas Harden Vol. 10, Joker 1 GT and the WoW 11 (as they’re on sale).

The only issue is that I’ve been hearing a lot about the Chinese brands, but I’m not sure I trust their sizing. They’re either too short or too long and they aren’t easy to return. What do you guys think?

I have pretty flat feet with a very slight arch, and I find that move game day insoles fit them well and provide nice support for longer sessions. The problem is, the thickness of the heel cup increases the heel slip on my book 1 and kobe 4s due to the elevation gain. Both shoes feel like they fit perfectly around the heel with the stock insoles, but I lose that support which is an annoying tradeoff. A runners knot helps a bit, but not nearly as much as I’d like.

Bottom line: Does anybody know of any insoles similar to the game days, but with a deeper heel cup? Has anyone else experienced this problem? Thanks!

Currently have joker 2 gt and new balance hesi low v2 (about to be completely die). Now im looking to build a rotation just so everything lasts longer together and mainly so they can fully dry between wears. Even thought about getting one of those shoe dryers (one that has a no heat option, only air). Tried using a fan, but not as effective.

Anyways, was thinking of getting nb P350 as thats the next closest thing to a hesi low v2. But I saw the P400 low release, although that looks similar to a BB or two way line rather than the hesi low line. I also know Tyrese will have a shoe soon too. Other non chinese brands just dont seem like they have any decent offerings that will last and perform well.

Are there any other recommendations to shoes similar to hesi low v2 or joker 2 gt? one thing too is must have good traction on dustier courts. And preferably under 110 usd.

Leaning towards copping P350 for now and then also get Tyrese shoe later if its good. Only thing for P350 is the colourway is kinda cheeks, doubt any1 really cares.

I’m going to buy all city14 by Lining, ring of fire one. And searching for several reviews, the evaluation on the lockdown is pretty different among the reviewers. One says it’s heel slippage is so much that you can easily pull out your feet, and other says it’s lockdown is great. So I’m trying to ask you guys who have that shoes and played game on it. What it feels like playing games on all city14? Lemme know.

Jordan 41's are already being leaked and expected to release within the next couple of months. It seems like there's no chance at the 4028's and the rest of hybrids being anything more than an extremely limited drop.

I loved the 28, but could never afford them as a kid. I thought I had a chance to cop them now in the form of the 4028's but of course Nike had to pull their usual limited quantity BS. These are impossible to cop retail in Canada and I am not paying $500+ resale smh
