Does anyone scrub outbound lists against known TCPA litigators before dialing??
My sales director brought this up last week. Apparently, there are people whose whole is model staying on call lists and suing companies that dial them . Had no idea. Is scrubbing for this standard now or are we overthinking it?

sales partner
I’m looking for someone who’s good at finding and closing customers.
I already have a working system that helps local businesses get more Google reviews. The business just enters the customer’s name and phone number, and the system automatically sends them an SMS asking for a review.
The system is already built, tested, and being used by paying customers. I handle the setup, software, maintenance, and support.
What I need is someone who can bring in customers. You can cold call, do outreach, use your existing contacts, or sell it through an agency. How you find them is up to you.
We split the recurring monthly revenue from every customer you bring in, for as long as they stay subscribed.
I’m not looking for a developer or someone to rebuild the system. I’m looking for a sales partner who wants to start with a few customers and build something together.
Send me a message and tell me a little about how you normally find customers.

How to find clients organically
I just recently launched my Facebook Page which I offer a Chatbot Ai Automation for businesses who are struggling with manual replies to their buyer's inquiries.
I have the knowledge and skills but the thing is I don't know how to find a client who will engage and message me to ask about my service
Please kindly give me some insights and ideas and suggestions to help grow my side-hustle in the long run. Thank you so much

Account manager UK
Curious to hear from high-performing Account Managers
From your experience, what habits or activities consistently lead to hitting or exceeding your new business target while also growing and retaining your existing customer base?
I’ve recently inherited around 30 customer accounts of varying sizes, and I’m thinking about how to structure my approach over the next 12 months. I also have to deal with daily admin that comes with these accounts. Context I’ve been in the company just over 9 months now. New customer have come it be in last three months.
Some questions I’m curious about:
How much time do you spend on account planning versus customer meetings?
Do you still prospect for completely new logos, or do you focus solely on your assigned accounts?
What activities have the biggest impact on uncovering new opportunities within existing customers?
If you could give one piece of advice to a new Account Manager taking over an established portfolio, what would it be?
Interested to hear what’s worked well for others

We have some new openings, looking to onboard a few more clients
Hey all, I run AurLeads, a small team running outbound. We just opened up a few new client spots and are looking to onboard a limited number of new clients.
The model is simple: a base tech fee covers sending infra (domains, mailboxes, warm-up, deliverability), and after that we work on commission tied to deals that actually close, not meetings booked. So we only really make more once you do.
Start to finish, we do the ICP research, list building, sequence writing, and deliverability work, then meetings just land on your calendar.
We work across pretty much any industry, not locked into one niche.
Happy to share results from our current campaigns if that's useful. To see if it's a good fit, we'd want to take a look at your total addressable market first, so we know there's enough volume to actually make this work for both sides. Drop a comment or DM if you want to check that together.

Where to network
Hey everyone
I think this is a stupid question but hoping to get some insights
If I'm looking to gain customers as an IT consultancy, targetting SMBs that have a sole IT employee or maybe even none. Companies that have 50-250 employees, where do I meet the decision makers for these businesses

Most prospecting advice is American and falls apart when you’re selling into UK companies. What are you lot actually using?
Genuine question.
Every stack recommendation I see is ZoomInfo, intent data, Bombora, dialling mobiles at scale… and then you try to apply it to UK SMBs and half the records are stale, the “intent data” covers 40 employees in Milton Keynes about as well as it covers Milwaukee, and the tools that *do* have decent UK data are priced for banks.
So for those doing outbound into UK companies: how do you actually decide who’s worth going after? Bought list, Sales Nav, gut feel, a spreadsheet from 2019? And roughly how long do you spend researching a company before you reach out?
Genuinely curious whether everyone’s quietly bodging this or someone’s cracked it.

offering cold email outreach on a performance basis with free end to end management
Hey everyone, 18F here,
Offering cold email outreach as a service; you pay for the set up, I will manage everything end to end
I have been doing cold outreach via email for about a month now for my own ai service offers and here's the result of the automated campaign i ran (rest all i have done manually only) -
81 businesses, 6.2% reply rate, 40% of those replies were positive
(happy to share the screenshot).
It isn't huge i know but I want to pivot into this offer and so i need stronger case studies and testimonials and that's why I want to help you if you r a b2b business owner with a validated offer.
I'll handle everything from lead sourcing, writing the emails, campaign setup, sending, follow ups and replies. You only cover the actual outreach costs (domains, inboxes, sending tools etc). And I don't take anything from you for management.
You pay me only for qualified and solid opportunities I generate for you.
I am looking for opportunities where we can work closely and hopefully build something that benefits both of us.
Best fit: B2B companies with a defined ICP and validated offer, maybe in the growth stage, who want to do outreach but don't have the time or energy to learn and do it themselves, and cannot pay big agencies just yet.
It'll be a win-win situation for both of us, so if this sounds interesting, please leave a comment and i will reach out. And if there's any other way you think I can help you, I am all ears...

Best ways to prepare for cold calling before starting sales role?
Hey all.
I've spent the past few years in marketing, most recently as account manager, so I have good relationship management experience & people skills. I realised I wanted a job that I could really earn in, and my effort/performance are tied directly to my outcomes, so decided to make the transition to sales. I've now landed a B2B events role (selling exhibition space) that starts in a week, and I'll be spending a lot of time calling companies and pitching to them.
They know I haven't done this before, so I'll be given a script and learn a lot on the job - listening to the team and tracking what works and doesn't in my own calls. But with a week to go, I'm keen to use this time to get a clear idea in my head of how these calls sound, are structured and generally practicing what I'll say, so I can hit the ground running and ease the learning curve a little.
Can anyone share tips on how I could practice this skill? And any general advice on how best to prep for this? As I said it's B2B event sales, but open to any guidance from people who've made similar transitions, or have experience in this area, so I can ensure my start is as smooth as possible. Thanks!
