Had this truck for 3 years, tried to lift it until I heard cracking, looked under it to find this. What’s the best option? I know they sell kits for this generation specifically but is that job worth doing?

Anybody know a mom and pop in the surrounding areas of Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, TO, and Simi to fix a this dent? It was a lot worse than this but I did my best to fix myself but didn’t get a resolution. Anybody happen to know anybody?

Title. I got a replacement door but wasn’t sure whether or not if it’s needed or if I should just tighten the bolts enough.

I got superglue over my autoart bugatti chiron and dont know how to get it off. I recived it yesterday and emidietly broke the sidemirror.🫣 when i tried to glue it back in place the glue got all over the door and when i tried to get it of it smeered all over the door. Its like a thin film. How do i get it of the door? In hinesight i did it all wrong but i Guess its to late now.​

2020 Hyundai Sonata my son wants to buy. Trying to determine if it’s worth it. Is this a repair or replace job?

I struck a lift gate on a truck with my 2011 Toyota Camry and my front bumper took the damage. Only damage to the side, nothing was hit head on. Car drives fine with no warning lights (all front end lights work) but I got it looked at and there was damage to my windshield fluid reservoir and the exterior. They quoted me 3800 for the repairs, 1600 on parts alone. Just trying to make sure I’m not getting a bad deal here.
Does this sound right? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hey guys. I was tboned recently and this is the resulting damage to the driver's side (australia). This 2024 rav4 was bought new about 1.5 years old. Thoughts on the likelihood of repair vs written off by my insurance? It's being assessed now by the insurance company.

I've read that if B-pillar damage exceeds a certain threshold, it can mean that the car is not repairable? In my local state, there's laws concerning a statutory write-off classification if there's sufficient damage. Does this look like it's fairly straightforward to repair?

8th gen civic, original owner. Most things mechanical, I can do and have done myself.

The car came with rust proof coating but 6 months in, someone hit and run the rear driver's side and it was repaired. I told myself for years to get rust check penetrating oil annually but didn't. The panel is rusted and frame rust that I can scrape off but a hammer still lands solid on it. No other body rust on the car and there's very light surface rust on other parts.

I'd like to fix it or I figure the other option is to spray with some sort of creeping sticky oil between snow/summer tire changes to try and slow down the rust. Maybe get 3-5 more years.

This is my daughter’s car, she is a new driver. I made her park on the right side of our driveway and she scraped against my firewood shed backing out. I don’t want to spend a bunch of $ on paint until she has a few years of driving under her belt- can I pdr the dent out and just polish it up? I just want it to look ok, not perfect. Thanks!

Is it possible for me to fix this scratch DIY at home? i was a dumbass and backed my car into the garage. if it’s possible what products do I need to repair it without any machinery if possible it seems to be just a paint transfer but I honestly do not know what I am doing. Any advice would be appreciated.

I was hoping I can address this myself. The trunk door on my Chevy Cruze has rust forming by the rear tail lamp/ license plate area. I noticed it at the start of summer, likely from the harsh Canadian winter we had.

I was going to get supplies from Canadian Tire but could use some guidance. I know I need to sand it down, put in a filler, paint it, and put a clear coat over it.

What I don’t know is what grit of sand paper to use? What filler to use? What clear coat to use?

Bought the car that way. I even bought a screen protector to see if that would cover it, nope

So the door is misaligned and will not open fully enough to get in. Everything runs completely fine. Main thing I want to get fixed is for the door to be function and maybe the dents to pop out. How much are we looking at or are there other options to fix it?
