The house has its own private driveway with plenty of room for two cars. There's also a small backyard with a table and chairs for chilling outside. Bedroom A is downstairs with a spacious closet, room for a queen sized bed, and attached bath with a tub shower.
Bedroom B is a loft with no door, but the layout affords for plenty of privacy and room for a full size bed. It has its own bathroom, complete with a window and a standing shower.
Washer/dryer are in an attached shed and in perfect condition. Kitchen appliances, heating/cooling, and garbage disposal are all in great working order, and the microwave is brand new. The house comes unfurnished, but the Facebook marketplace scene in Austin is great for affordable options. Almost every piece of furniture you see in the photos is second hand!
The landlord, Tom, is as good as they come. He's responded to our requests with more urgency than any apartment maintenance team I've encountered, although we've had very few issues with the house
