Something has been really weighing on my mind after the awful season we had last year. Why can’t we keep any 1st round draftees? We fought to get these big names and really good players just to immediately lose them.

Obviously I know there is more to the draft than the 1st round picks, but why is it that only ONE of our all time 1st round picks ended up staying? From what I am able to gather, it appears that everyone who comes to Atlanta really enjoys the staff, the vibes(no pun intended), and the fanbase. So what is the reason for these top stars leaving?

As a fan since season 2, it’s just been really concerning to see as this appears to be becoming a trend. I would love to see these 1st round draftees see some real playing time. Not just 1-3 games or being a serving sub. These top draftees have GOT to see the court exponentially more than as of recent. My guess is maybe they would rather leave and get better playing time?

Let’s see these draftees dig their heels in and feel important on the court and not just in practice. Give them a reason to truly connect with the team in terms of purpose(in the eyes of fans). Especially since we lost our setter AND the #2 pick at the same time. If there is anyone that we definitely should NOT have lost, it’s Averi. It’s just a damn shame we are losing Ava too :(

We enjoy taking our kids to Gas South for Glads games but my daughter recently got into volleyball and wants to check out a Vibe game but the Vibe tickets seem to be more than a hockey game. Being a Gas South customer I also haven't seen any deal perks there like the Braves, Glads, or Swarm. Does the Vibe ever have ticket deals for families or youth that want to check a game out?

With the newest season of the Vibe starting in just 2 days, what are you looking forward to most from our team?? We’ve had some big roster changes, any new players you are excited for? How do you feel about the rebranding of the PVF to the MLV? We also have new coaching staff, GT alumni Laura Bird Kuhn, previously with Omaha. Lots to talk about, would love to hear your thoughts!

Can someone please help me process losing Merritt, Mia, McKenna, Marlie, and Morgan to other teams?! I really wonder what Coach Kayla’s plan is to elevate this team if only a small number of players are returning… especially since orlando and omaha are building stacked teams right now.

Have to admit I’m pretty bummed that one of the few times I get a jersey of a player, they end up leaving the following year.

Anyone got background on why Merritt left?

If you're thinking about going to the Sunday game, either get there an hour early or reconsider, because the line to get in for the Friday game is just a huge crowd of people with no semblance of order whatsoever and has barely moved in half an hour. We'll be lucky if we make it in before halfway through the 2nd set

I cover the Rise, but this Omaha news affects us all. I talk about it at the beginning of the podcast if any fans are interested. What are your thoughts on the Supernovas departure?

The Rise falling to 0-3 were somehow not the biggest story of the night for the team as what is in my mind the bell-weather franchise of the PVF, the Omaha Supernovas, announced their departure. I have many thoughts on this, some of which you can hear here, but most of which I'll share when I have more time to compose my thoughts. The original recording of this episode was perhaps a little too passionate!

There were some positives once again from Grand Rapids, but some of the problems that plagued the team against Vegas and Omaha continued into this match against Indy. Listen in to hear more about that.
