Just bought a new a15 rtx 3050 with ryzen 7 170. Qny one who has this could tell me the benchmarks and gaming performance?.

As you can see when i disabled cpu boost temps dropped significantly for cpu and cpu boost enabled just pushed temps to 95. Is it normal for laptop cpu to heat that much just because boost is on?( game setting were at "very high preset")

And even while idle if boost is on cpu goes high as 87°C and as low as 41.

But when boost is disabled it stays below 38. So is boost really worth it?

I have the asus tuf a16 rtx 5070 ryzen 9 8940hx.
I bought it two months ago, i tried to play gta online on it and it keeps stuttering even when lowering the settings(which i don’t have to ) and it still stutters, and before that i tried to play assassin’s creed syndicate and i faced the same problem, but i was told that its just a very bad optimized game so i just ignored the stuttering. But now i think its a problem i should solve, it tried before to uninstall and reinstall the gpu and cpu drivers, and it didn’t make a change for the ac syndicate back then.
Even i get the stuttering when playing valorant but limiting the refresh rate solves the problem (just in valorant) even though before in valorant it was normal.

So i just need your help guys and thanks. 😊

Got this Asus vivobok 15 . 10 days ago . It has 180 degree lay flat hinge when I lift it and with just a little bit of movement it lays down is it normal in these types of laptop or i should reach out to service center.

ASUS DriverHub is not working on new B850 TUF WIFI PLUS MOBO

The context is that before I take my laptop to the asus laptop repair store, I have fun with the performance of the laptop in every game, but after I take it to the repair store because of the motherboard, the GPU perform bad like frame drop and frametime spike continuously (you can see me play DOOM 2016 and the issue are in the video). I tried to fix it but don’t know what to do so you guys are the only one could help me this time ;((((

Is this normal for a brand new f16(16gb ram).and what is that search task that runs edge because i dont use edge at all and its not opened and btw i debloated windows from AI and all widgets with christitus tool.

I bought a Asus Tuf Gaming A15 R5 Rtx 2050 8gb Ram 512Gb and I want to upgrade the RAM and SSD, but i'm struggling in finding more info about this notebook on the internet, I wanna know which SSD should I buy, I have an old SSD here from a samsung, I put this SSD on Asus but it's not working (doesnt show the SSD on system), I dont know if is SATA or NMVe, should I format the old SSD or change something on BIOS?

when i conect to a pc monitor the image gets blury.

all the settings are correct, i have use tried multiple monitors and the problem is always the same.

i have tried diferent hdmi cables, update drivers and the problem is always the same. any help?

I'll mostly use it for AAA gaming (Cyberpunk, RDR2, GTA VI when it releases), college, and some productivity. I also care about build quality, premium feel, cooling, reliability, and long-term ownership, not just raw FPS.

The screen is flickering idk why no physical damage nothing happened to the screen!! Any advice??

I got my TufF16 about a month ago and the only problem I’ve had is lately the keyboard just won’t register some keystrokes, it’s not dependent on the key it’s for all of them and I’ve tried everything from banishing Mcaffe installing new drivers and deleting drivers so they install the newest version and nothing works

I have an ASUS TUF F15 FX507ZC and I want to upgrade the stock IPS display to an OLED panel.

My main goal is to get true black pixels (pixels completely turned off), like AMOLED displays. The current IPS panel cannot produce real black because of the backlight.

The OLED panel I am considering:

- Samsung ATNA56AC02 (15.6", 2880×1620, 120Hz, 40-pin eDP)

The physical dimensions appear to match the FX507 panel.

Questions:

1. Has anyone tried an OLED swap on the FX507 series?

2. Would the original display cable work with this OLED panel?

3. Is the motherboard eDP output compatible?

4. Would an eDP adapter/interposer be required?

I am planning to get a gaming laptop for school (electrical and computer engineering) whats the best loptop thats around 1500-1800 USD (with tax and warranty) I was planning to get the ASUS TUF A16 RTX5060, 16", AMD Ryzen 7 260, 16gb ddr5 ram and 1TB, from proPrime. I understand portability is not good with gaming laptop and battery is bad but as much of both would be nice while gaming here and there. I don't think I gave heavy games, I just want to know that I can game here and there and I want it to last me for years. Would like to be in Nvidia eco system but open to AMD if u think its better.

Recently, I came across the Llano v13 cooling pad, which no one is talking about, and most reviews focus on v12 (NOT ULTRA).

Are there any reasons why? Seems like v13 is the same as v12 just without RGB, and it's cheaper, which seems to be a good choice for gaming laptops (like the newest Tuf Gaming laptops)
