In light of everything that's currently happening across the country, I genuinely believe there should be a peaceful protest organized in Asansol.

Not everyone who wants to raise their voice has the privilege of travelling to Delhi or even Kolkata. Many people are held back by financial constraints, long commuting distances, work or academic commitments, or family restrictions. That doesn't mean they care any less or that they don't deserve an opportunity to participate.

A local demonstration in Asansol would give students, working people, and residents a chance to stand in solidarity and express their views peacefully without the burden of travelling hundreds of kilometres.
