Okay it's sort of the same character. I obviously did quite a bit of redesigning... and re-gendering lol But that was the original base concept. I managed to locate this extremely old artwork and decided to compare it to one of my most recent pieces

2026 vs 2023, Took a 3 year hiatus due to mental health but I came back stronger than ever 💪

holy art improvement bro he looks way cooler now. he's my interpretation of an Enderman as a humanoid :D

First (true) digital art piece, VS the one I finished today.

Still a long way, but I'm happy with it so far and just gotta continue practising. I've learned that to improve, you gotta look the truth in the eye. I was never going to be happy with anything human like I drew and wasted years trying that. I've found a lot of happiness in drawing fruit, birds, dragons- literally anything but human anatomy haha.

I had many breaks, tried different mediums, had lots of melt downs over never improving. This is the first time in around 10 years I feel pride in my art, and now I want to continue it.

Again I tried to force myself not to add any facial details, and instead, focusing on the head shapes itself, it's important to know that even with this very simplified head we can define if it belongs to a man or a woman
