For instance, The Matrix is available through Prime, OCS, and HBO. But I can’t select the original source to compare them — I only get the HBO version, even though I’m subscribed to all three services. Do you know how to choose the streaming service you want? I’m from the Philippines and I’ve been using prime video for a long time now and this morning when I wake up, I left my ipad continuously playing a tv series (Drop Dead Diva - good series to watch!) I was confused cause there was suddenly a 1min:30sec. Ads playing.. since when did this start? Also, I find it ridiculous that you’ll have to pay additional just to remove it when we are already paying for the streaming/service fee monthly! This is a scam!!

I see no way on the website to change my Prime membership to Ultra to go ad free.

I've been having this issue for at least 2 weeks now. There are no pending updates. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it.

I subscribed to Prime Video by using my food stamps so I pay about $7.00 a month anyways has Prime video emailed you saying that you subscribed to a channel but you haven’t even touch a thing? Because prime has done this several times.

Well I just watched this movie and I could say it was the worst superman movie I have ever seen!

Lex gives an electric car CEO vibes for me in this movie with people worshipping Lex like Jesus or something. Maybe that’s the movie’s hidden take. So yeah, we need a Superman.

Is it normal to be getting these ads when opening the app. DESPITE paying for ad free? By definition not ad free if there is an ad shoved in my face before being able to view content.

Can someone explain or is this just what I have to put up with? Cause if it is I don’t see a reason to be paying to not get ads if they’re going to show up anyway.

It’s literally complete garbage. I type in jackass and it only comes up with two movies. I then type in jackass number 1 and it pops up with the show saying “here is the original jackass movie”. How hard is it to populate the search with all of the jackass movies there’s not that many. Or you search an actors name and it will come up with two obscure movies they were in and a couple more they aren’t even in. It’s a joke.

My unpopular opinion on the show is Mama P isn't as evil as we all thought when we were young and how the show makes her out to be.

I decided to go down memory lane by rewatching Season 1, and it reminded me that Mama P was cursed to never leave Saffron Falls from the time she was a teenager until she was an elderly woman. Yes, what she did to Gina Silvers was awful. As someone who's played piano for 12 years, I completely understand how devastating it would be to suddenly lose the ability to share your music when you play outside of your house. I'm not downplaying that at all.

But I honestly think Mama P's punishment was far more severe.

Think about what being trapped in one town for 40+ years would actually mean. She would've had no freedom to travel, study elsewhere, pursue opportunities, or simply choose where she wanted to live. If a close family member became ill or died outside of Saffron Falls, she couldn't even go and say her goodbyes. She'd miss weddings, funerals, birthdays, holidays, basically every major life event that happened beyond the small town’s limits. That's essentially being hostaged your whole life/a life sentence imposed on someone who was still a teenager when she made her mistake.

Although Gina's curse was heartbreaking, she still had the freedom to build a life, travel, have relationships, and make her own choices. Mama P lost one of the most basic freedoms a person can have which is the ability to leave.

I wonder whether people sometimes confuse the person Mama P became with the punishment she endured. Spending your entire adulthood trapped in one place because of an immature decision you made as a teenager would probably make almost anyone bitter. I'm not saying Mama P was innocent or that cursing Gina was justified. I'm saying the punishment didn't fit the crime, and I think that's why she's a much more tragic and morally complex character than she's often given credit for.

Does anyone else see it this way, or am I alone on this?

I try to rent a movie on my tv using my grandparents Amazon prime account and it asked for a pin which I didnt have, so i backed out.

I then used my phone (which is under the same amazon account) and it worked as i was able to bypass the pin. But it doesn't show up as i bought it on my tv.

Anything I can do?
