During the monsoon a young stray mother cat chose space near my home as a safe place to give birth to her six little kittens. Their mother has slowly started leaving them for longer periods as they grow, and they're now reaching the age where they need homes of their own.

They have spent their first weeks of life in a cramped, damp corner during the monsoon. Which is now destroyed.I wish I could keep them until everything is perfect, but I simply cannot provide the space, veterinary care, and long-term life they deserve. Abandoning them is not an option, which is why I'm trying to find them loving families instead.

They aren't just stray kittens. They've survived a difficult start to life and deserve the chance to grow up in a safe home where they'll be loved, cared for, and never have to struggle for food or shelter again.

Diva is a lovely 9 week old kitten. She was rescued, as an orphan, by some friends from a garden center and I am fostering her in hopes of finding her forever home!

She is energetic and playful, but she also loves to cuddle and will absolutely fall asleep in your lap while purring up a storm!! She loves getting chin scratches and will purr and chirp to let you know that!

She is not picky about food or toys. She loves to just play with pieces of string and anything that moves around fast!

She currently eats primarily wet food with some dry (via auto feeder) while I am at work.

I have a number of items I can provide to the new owner within the Houston area: Auto feeder, food, bed, carrier, dishes, litter+box, cat tree, toys, etc.

Gus has been with me for close to 7 months now. He was surrendered at my clinic that I work at as I am a veterinary technician. He had a cruciate tear that is fully healed! I worked extremely hard to get Gus to where he is today, we do not usually take in surrenders but I chose to take him in, in hopes of finding him his forever home.

He is a kiddo full of love and joy. He absolutely loves to run around outside and fetch his tennis ball along with late night tummy rubs. Gus does well with kids, other dogs and cats. Of course he will have to be introduced slowly. He loves his people very much.

Of course being a white pit bull does come with allergies! I have been maintaining him on a special shampoo along with allergy medications as needed. Right now he is not currently on any allergy medications and we hope to keep it that way, he is just on a hydrolyzed diet. He does miss his people very much when they leave and can get a bit anxious. I have been maintaining his anxiety with some medications that have improved this immensely. He has been doing great!

Around February/March I was “gifted” a dog (was driving with my window down and a lady shoved the puppy through it)
As a person who frequently rehabs and train strays to make the adoptable I didn’t give it much thought and he went straight into the tub.

Weve been estimating hes 1.5/2years old. Not neutered but did get his shots(bout time for him to go back)
He’s currently housed with 2 cats and another large dog. And he does great with them as well as children (hes avoidant but comes around to being a big lap dog)
Hes a pretty routine guy. Poop eat and sleep. Hes not the biggest fan of hiking but he loves to swim (and chase ducks)

The reason were rehoming him is cause he’s having some skin issues and we simply can’t stay on top of it or afford the allergy shots ontop of all fours regular vet visits and monthly prevention. (I personally think he’s allergic to cats lol since it didn’t start until we got them)
Hes incredibly sweet- a built in garbage disposal he loves watermelon, apples, carrots, salt n vinegar chips and hotcheetos and absolutely hates seaweed, and cheese poppers (hes a weird guy)

Hes a bit greedy when it comes to kibble so we scatter feed him or use puzzle bowls

I found this young female stray about a month ago and decided to give her a chance instead of leaving her on the streets. My wife is a veterinary technician, so we were able to get her fully vetted and ready for a new home. She has been:

-FVRCP vaccinated

-Tested negative for FeLV/FIV

Veterinary records for her spay, vaccinations, and FeLV/FIV test will be provided to her adopter.

I estimate she's around 8 to 10 months old.

She has a sweet personality and is very affectionate. She loves head scratches, will come over to rub against you for attention, and enjoys being around people. She wasn't used to being picked up when I first brought her in, but she's becoming comfortable with it as she's learned to trust people. I'm still working with her, and she continues to make progress. She started life outdoors, but I'd really like to see her become an indoor family pet where she can continue to build confidence and enjoy the life she deserves. If nobody adopts her I do have a barn outside ill let her live in but I personally find that as a second rate option to being indoors with a family.

Re-homing fee: $100 It helps ensure she's going to someone who is serious and prepared to provide a safe, permanent home. Iv spent double that getting her up to date on shots, food, bed, flea prevention etc. I may be willing to work with you on it but please don't waste both of our times with trying to haggle.

Rudy is a Chihuahua mix estimated to be about 5 months old and weighs around 11–13 pounds. He is neutered and will be available for adoption through Charlotte Mecklenburg Animal Care & Control.

He’s a very smart, affectionate puppy who really wants to be with his people and is eager to learn. He already knows “sit” and “down,” is working on crate training, and picks up on routines quickly. Like most puppies, he has a little FOMO at first and may whine briefly before settling in his crate, but he does settle well.

He is fully house trained in his foster home and will go to the back door when he needs to go outside. He hasn’t had any accidents and has also been sleeping through the night without needing potty breaks.

He loves tennis balls, chew toys, and playtime. He can be a little mouthy at times, but he responds really well to redirection and positive reinforcement.

He has also done well with another dog in the home, though slow introductions are always recommended.

Overall, he’s sweet, social, and very eager to bond with people. He would do best in a home that can keep up with a playful puppy and continue his training and socialization.

Behavior Towards Dogs, Cats, and Children:

Dolly is reactive towards other dogs. When on walks, if she sees another dog she will fixate on them, bark, pull, and lunge towards them. She has been through training, and is better than she used to be, but it is still an issue. I believe she needs to be the only dog in the home due to this. She has never met a cat, or children, so I can't speak to her behavior towards them.

Reason for Rehoming:

I fell when we were on a walk back in January (she saw a dog and pulled when I was unprepared) and ended up hitting my face on the sidewalk, needing an ER visit and stitches. It was very traumatizing and since then I cannot take her on walks. I can take her out back to go potty (on a leash, I don't have a fenced in yard), but I absolutely cannot take her out the front door or to the sidewalk. Even when taking her to the vet or groomer's, either someone else has to come with and hold her leash for me, or they take her without me. I have been trying to rehome her since I realized that this situation would not be improving, and that she is simply too large of a dog for me. I rescued her initially off the streets after she was abandoned because I couldn't bear the thought of such a sweet dog going to a shelter, and I still believe that she would not do well in a shelter. She would be so stressed and not seen at her best by adopters. I still don't want her to go to a shelter, but clearly my efforts at rehoming her are not enough, and I believe she would have a better chance at finding her forever family through a foster rescue, with more experience and someone who is not afraid of simply going outside with her.

Im from Brooklyn, NY and I recently took in a dog that was being abandoned by a customer that frequents the restaurant I work at. From what I was told by the owner, the original owner passed away and the boyfriend doesn't want anything to do with the dog and wanted to abandon him in a park. He is a 1 year old male beagle or beagle mix that is super friendly with other dogs and people. He is potty trained and house broken. Only con Id say is since hes so young he cannot be left alone for long periods of time as he starts barking, aka separation anxiety.

My neighbor was nice enough to keep him for a bit as we find him a new home, as my poodle doesn't get along with other male dogs. We haven't had the time to check for a microchip but are willing to cover the cost of a neuter and vaccinations.

We did not want to just dump him at a animal shelter and for him to get lost in the system or potentially euthanized. Was curious if there are any resources or adoption agencies that can take him in, I did my due diligence and am working with a few agencies such as Jakes Rescue Ranch in Long Island and some potential friends and family that would like to take him in, however its taking a while to get responses.

He is about 35 pounds, healthy, up to date on vaccinations, bloodwork was normal, and fecal test was negative, so he’s ready to go! 🐶

Fostering this sweet boy in Houston, TX. His name is Bruno and he was pulled for a kill shelter. He’s approx 2 and is a Plott Hound mix. Good with kids and dogs. Not tested with young kids or cats. Extremely loving and affectionate. Very well behaved. Would do best with a fenced yard as he loves to be outside and to explore. He will be your shadow, as he loves to be right next to his people. Ideally his forever home has someone who works from home or home frequently.

Potty trained, calm, neutered and vaccinated.

🌼 THE BIG KAHUNA & WINNIE — Are looking for a forever home. In a world where many adult cats get overlooked for kittens, these two are spirited, playful, curious and lovely. Can you share with friends and family to help them find a home? Location: Southern California

They have jumped around from the rough streets of the high desert, most likely abandoned pets, then to Apple Valley Animal Shelter where they miraculously exited, then to DEVORE animal shelter and now in foster. They need a home of their own, they recognize that my home isn’t their final destination and you can see they are sad over this, they want to integrate into a forever home.

KAHUNA is about 1.5 years old, 10-lb male, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and the sweetest most tender soul. KAHUNA has the softest fur, like silk, and is a medium-hair black kitty with some chocolate colored fur on his belly, that is really pretty in the sunshine. Love to play with string and chase WINNIE.

WINNIE is about 1 years old, petite, female, short-haired black with a tuft of white like a preachers collar, spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and loves to play (fly toys especially), and chirps. She likes to pull kibble out of the bowl with her paw and eat with her paws. She is extremely toy motivated and never gets tired of chasing toys, kicking pillows. The two of them dash around the home and are super cute.

Seeking a forever home. They love to play with each other, WINNIE is fast and spry and jumps over KAHUNA before he even realizes it. They love to hang out with each other, sleep near each other, they seek comfort in one another. 

They are both curious about everything, kind, respectful, & litter trained.

These two velcro cats are sweet, playful, & energetic. They're ~10 months old and in good health

Blizzard will basically become your shadow from the day one. He's not a complete lap cat but always wants to be in the same room as you. He also never turns down morning cuddles. He absolutely LOVES to play and can't get enough of feather toys & cardboard boxes lol

Marlon is a bit more skittish than his brother but his sweet and affectionate personality will come through after a couple of days. He's more laid back but loves to play with his brother.
