i want to take acid for my first time, i’m assuming it’s around 150ug. im not sure what time i should take it if i want it during the day but through golden hour/sunset aswell, i also want to be in nature but im not sure where, is i should walk around town but im worried about the cars and people and getting overwhelmed, go on a walking trail, or stay in my room…?

I’ve done lsd 4 times before, two out of those 4 times I had a bad trip and that’s why I stopped taking it. It’s been well over a year since the last time I took it and I’ve found myself alone in my room wanting to try it again. I was thinking about just having the tiniest bit from the corner of the tab, since the last time I did it, I freaked out from about a quarter of a tab, I’m a pussy I know. I don’t want to fully trip I just want to feel a little high. I’m not necessarily in the best headspace right now but I thought maybe a little solo lsd experience might help me take my mind off things and just enjoy the night by myself. I’m not sure if it’s a terrible idea, given the last two experiences I had with lsd ended not very well. Do you think I’ll have a bad reaction if I take a tiny bit? Is that even how it works? Will I feel anything if a take a little? Please let me know

About to take acid for the first time. My buddy at work and I have been chatting a lot about different experiences. I smoke weed regularly and take shrooms every once in a while. So we talk about that but he brought up his many experiences on acid and it sounded cool. Couple days later I come in and he pulls me to the back and hands me a small folded piece of aluminum foil and says “Have fun.” And I unfolded it and saw two little blue squares. Tonight is my birthday and I figured I’d celebrate. I was also warned to have someone I’m comfortable with nearby to “trip sit” so my girlfriend who has experience with psychedelics nearby, but I would also love some other tips from people more experienced!!

A few weeks ago I managed to get my hands on 13 blotter tabs. I havnt had a trip in many many years. My wife and I plan to go on the journey tomorrow and I have everything planned out. We are just going to chill inside our apartment and see where everything takes us. I have cleared my head out pretty well this week knowing that we are going to another realm this weekend.

On my way home from work im stopping by Hobby Lobby and gathering any supplies that spark my interest (Nice set of gel pens, paper, etc.) I bet alot of acid travelers frequent Hobby Lobby lol.

Still have to work on putting together a music playlist but that should be pretty easy. We have three cats at home as well and my wife has been saying that they will know we are high. Do cats really know?

My main goal of this journey is to really figure out whats going on in my head and why somethings I do are easier and some things I do are hard. I just really want some understanding on how to handle stuff that I need to do.

Weird question - I had some tabs a couple months ago that were pretty weak. I usually cut my tabs in half diagonally and do a half dose. I got some more tabs today and they're so tiny in comparison (like half of one is the same as a quarter of the previous one directly comparing). Can a small tab be stronger than a larger tab cause the dosing says it's higher, and I assume its about what it's blotted with, but they're just so tiny I'm almost surprised it can pack the same punch or more 🤣

This is a post I've been wanting to make but have been just really worried. I took acid by myself while staying at this shared living situation. I don't know the dosage, and I still don't know, but it was enough to make me have heavy visuals (the world turned into bugs, my roommates turned into what I can only describe as multicolored deities, the whole shebang).

I was so convinced that this place was hell, and it really freaked me out. I believed that my roommates were in on it, and at times they'd turn into demons if, like, they held a controller and shit like that. It got to a point after the intense stuff was done that I made them tell me everything was real and that they were real. One of my boys even gave me a rosary, and funny enough, that was the only thing that never changed colors.

I'm writing and finally posting this to kind of open up the discussion of what to do with your mind after acid. At times I have panic attacks thinking that I might still trip or be tripping, and the only reason it hasnt fucked with me again is because either A I'm not on any drugs anymore (Acid, weed, etc.) or B It's waiting to snap me back in. How does one deal with that constant fear, that dread that this drug could possibly have me in a loop or that I have already died and that once I make peace with myself, everything will be revealed as the afterlife and whatever comes with it.

im planning on having a fairly big night for my friends birthday in a few weeks where ill be partaking in a moderate amount of ketamine. The next day, me and a friend are planning on taking around 200ug of acid (a fairly normal dose). Is this fine to do/should i go into the weekend with any new considerations? Or do the 2 not like each other and i should pick one or the other?

Planning to trip for the first time with 2 of my buddies. I got the 3 of us 300ug each. Planning to take half tabs each. Is it okay if we all trip together for the first time or should I go first then I trip sit them 2 the day after?

Goodmorning guys, I’m gonna take half of this orange 300ug gel tab I got from my plug later tonight which I assume is probably 150ug-250ug max from reading many Reddit threads and I’m 97% its real acid/lsd and I don’t have test kit (which I’ll likely go buy one today) but before I ingest it couldn’t I just taste it with my tongue first to make sure it isn’t bitter and if it doesn’t have a metallic taste I can just put it under my tongue to ingest it regularly🤔 and also do you guys have any tips for a first timer, ik I need to make sure I’m in a good headspace which I am, nice setting, somewhere safe, etc anything helps!

I was wondering if acid tabs hurt your stomach on the come up like how shrooms do? and If so is there any way to avoid it

I’ve taken psychedelics plenty of times. Shrooms about 5-6 times and acid once. I’ve done 6+ grams of shrooms before but I’m about to take some acid tomorrow should I do 1 or 2 100ug tabs?

I’ve been fortunate find some top-notch sheets of pyramid gels. However, the last two times I’ve picked up, the gels have a weird sour smell, kinda like a homeless person who hasn’t showered in a while.

I’ve tested the tabs, so I know it’s actually LSD, but I understand that maybe he’s not the cleanest guy and he’s possibly leaving these sheets out in the open in his ramshackle place, which is perhaps absorbing the smell.

I’m currently leaving the tabs in the freezer in hopes of neutralizing the smell, but has anyone else had any experience with this? Is there a way to disinfect the tabs without damaging the LSD? Maybe UV light or something?

just wanted to ask in here since yesterday i tripped in 29*c the heat was pretty crazy intensified it massively ended up having to go home for a cold shower n chill out in my room, just wandered how you guys deal with heat and acid or if its just me since i don’t fare that well in the heat normally was a fun trip but the heat almost made me regret it but overall was amazing

this was my first time taking acid and i had one tab not knowing my zoloft medication would blunt the effects so i only got slightly high and now i feel dumb for wasting a whole tab

when i was 14 i had done acid once did a half and had a nice light trip so abit after that decided to do a full tab with my friend who i did it with the first time we took a full tab and for a while about an hour or so we was laying in bed chilling we had another friend with us trippsitting as my parents were asleep down the hallway and we didnt wanna be caught after a while it started hitting and i was just uncontrollably laughing at my friend tripping cus he was spitting on the trip sitter eventually i dont know what happened i dont even remember having heavy visuals or anything but i completely forgot who or what was happening or who i was no hallucinations or anything but i had no idea what was happening and started questioning my friends asking who they were eventually i was so scared and started trying to bring myself back to “reality” thinking of everyday things like earth saw my perfume bottle so dior sauvage ect and kept repeating these words eventually i went to my parents room woke them up saying something stupid like i dont know who i am and after this i started blacking out and waking up in random spots in my house tripping havinh no idea what’s happening apparently i ran around naked punched my mum in the face tried to break out until eventually i fell asleep on my sofa and woke up fine ever since then ive been scared to do acid any advice from anyone?

So me and my friend wanna do acid together, but shes never done it or any other psychs before. Ive done it quite a few times but im not really sure what dose would be good for a beginner. The tabs i have are 200ug each, would it be okay for her to have a whole tab? or maybe half?

I’m so glad I stopped being friends with my old best friend. Last time I took acid with him it caused me to have one of the worst acid trips I’ve ever had I literally went insane. To start this took place at the beginning of this school year. My friend texts me like usual asking me to come over and do some acid he had. So stupid me says yes. But what I didn’t know was that he didn’t even ask his grandparents if I could come over. So as soon as I get there and pop the acid I realize this which immediately puts me in a weird mood. On top of that we took way too much acid I took 3 gel tabs bc he kept telling me to take more for some reason. Then it gets even worse ofc I have to stay the night bc I can’t go back home in this state so we have to convince his grandparents to let me stay the night. (THEY WERE NOT OK WITH THIS) but I was so high already that I like didn’t even realize this or even understand what was going on. All I remember was him like yelling at them and arguing with them to let me stay and at first I was like “oh ok that’s fine I don’t have to stay” but then out of no where my mind like snapped into psychotic mode I was extremely high and out of my mind and started cursing out his grandma for some reason which I would never do sober. Then at this point I start saying a bunch of insane shit like “I hate my parents” just a bunch of crazy shit that I would never say sober. I started calling my brother to saying a bunch of nonsense and he knew I was on something immediately. The next day when I woke up I literally thought it was like all a dream and that this didn’t actually happen.(this definitely happend). This was one of the main reasons I cut this friend off and don’t talk to him anymore. Moral of the story do NOT take acid or psychedelics if you are in a bad mental state it will not end well. Also if you have friends that try to force you to do more drugs and make bad decisions CUT THEM OFF this was one of the best decisions I’ve made in life.

I tried some tabs that the plug said were 100ug, but something felt off. I didn't get those 'wow' visuals you usually get on 100ug, and I didn't really have any deep thoughts either. Anyone would think they were underdosed, but I'm wondering if it's just a different kind of trip. It takes almost 2 hours just to kick in, and everything feels kind of strange, it's hard to describe. A friend of mine tried two and said it was good, but still not quite 'it'. I was just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience?

I need urgent help, 6 months ago me and my friends tripped on acid and we had a shared trip.
There was a bonfire, all was going good we smoked weed and after that everything changed.

There was an entity that visited us, and also there were a few coming out of the fire. After a while a 3rd came as a light and it felt like we were under a spotlight. I was completely gone, and later it felt like out of 3 of us, one is being chosen as a sacrifice.

There were moments when it came close that my entire body froze with pain, it came to us 3 times in specific intervals and one of my friends said I must’ve done something bad and now I’m doomed to hell.

Multiple times after that, my “friends” were trying to complete a specific loop and each time it felt like the entity has gripped my soul and I’m about to die.

I feel like I’m now doomed to hell, and haven’t been able to get over this. There was also some talks about payment, and I feel like I’ve been chosen as the payment.
There was also a moment where they opened the door of the room and I saw it coming towards me and it merged with my body.

I’m so scared, its completely taken over my life and I go to bed scared every day.

We also had an outer body experience, and we had a shared trip. Like we could talk telepathically and I’m so sure I saw that light and those entities. What can explain that? Am I safe? What should I do

After many years of tripping alongside someone, I finally decided that it was time for me to do a solo run. It was extremely fun. Ate a bunch of really tasty fruits and watched Avatar The Last Airbender, drew a bunch of different molecules, stared at the moon and stars for what felt like hours, hung out with a couple of goats, had some intense closed eyed visuals that made me anxious. It was such a good time and would love to visit it again soon. Apparently the moon was in Sagittarius last night and I am a sagittarius so that was very fun.

After every trip I have a very solid bowl movement every time, and so do my friends we call it the acid shits. Does anyone else experience this outside my friend group or do we all just got funky tummy’s. Are acid shits a thing?

I haven’t done any psychedelic in a couple of years. Over the years I’ve had many experiences with them. Most good, but there were a few bad trips sprinkled in. Visuals always freaked me out.

Yesterday I was sent some photos to review for an event I volunteer with and a few of them were edited to give a psychedelic effect. I looked at one briefly and it made me really uncomfortable. I closed it quickly, but the feeling lingered for several hours.

Today I opened something at work, and unbeknownst to me the template had a pattern that, which completely different, reminded my brain of the psychedelic effect and now for the last 8 hours or so I feel like I’m having an acid flashback. Even to the point of having the experience of a short visual hallucination when looking down at my hands, exactly as the back of your hands would look when on acid. I’m still feeling like I’m on tail end of an acid trip, exactly when I typically over being high.

I’m very uncomfortable with this feeling and fully recognize that I’m most likely in a feedback loop. I would really like some advice on how to get past this.

When I took a 250ug tab some point during the peak my jaw felt super dislocated and some parts didn’t feel like they were in the right place and when I looked in my phone camera it looked like one part of my jaw was like 2 inches higher where it should be but in the morning it looked completely normal. Does this happen to anyone else and is it common?

I plan on doing acid at a music festival coming up and am not sure how to prepare.

I’ve done acid once before and had a decent time. It was not something planned but my friend decided to gift a tab one afternoon. I was alone for most of it but played games with my friends, listened to music, and just chilled. I LOVED the way that music FELT as if it was intertwined with me and almost a physical string that was flowing through my arms. Toward the middle of the trip I mentioned that my jaw felt like it needed to clench/grind and they said they thought I took something else which got me paranoid and I wanted to trip to end but obviously still had many hours to go. Towards the end I felt fine mentally but still wanted the trip to be over and was having mild visuals. It was fun looking back but not something I wanted to revisit for awhile and it’s been quite a few years now.

I am going to a music festival and would love to trip again on it because like I said, the feeling of music was just amazing and I feel ready to again, but also don’t want to have a bad trip. The music festival is multiple days, camping, with a ton of people. I generally don’t smoke weed because it makes me paranoid, especially when in public. I feel like I will be more grounded here though because it is not uncommon to be tripping at these events.

My friend is coming with and has never tripped but wants to. I am worried that they will have a bad experience as well and even if not, I will feel that it is my responsibility to take care of them, so I think I will plan on not tripping at the same time as they are.

I am a generally anxious person so I would like to have a few drinks or maybe a shot beforehand/during the come up but am not sure if that is a good idea, or how I should plan for this? Or if I should just go with how I feel and let the cards fall where they may.
